UPDATE: after reaching out to Slice. Feasta, did refund the Cannoli. Plus they delivered one. I do appreciate they tried to make it right. Ordered a delivery today 3/16/25 Apparently, no one reads directions, I ordered three items. The signature salad, paid for extra Balsamic Which is what the dressing is that comes with the salad? I paid for one ranch cup. They give me no balsamic and all ranch. I also got a taco Pizza. Paid for extra cheese. Which was mozzarella and cheddar. Which mozzarella isn’t even part of the cheese they are putting on the pizza. Their menu says cheddar. if what they put on this pizza was “extra cheese” I can’t imagine what it’s like without the extra cheese. Mind you I paid for extra cheese as well. Lastly, I order a cannoli. Which I never received. So the calculation of money that they ripped me off is $8.45. I know that’s not a lot of money. However, in this economy, every little bit helps. If they did this to me, I’m sure they’re doing it to other people as well. To top it off, the delivery guy. I asked for contactless delivery. Dude kept knocking on my door until I answered it. Instead of leaving it outside like I wrote in the directions. Which were printed on the receipt that I received when he handed it to me. Do I sound like a Karen, maybe. Read moreUnbelievably negative experience. We ordered a few minutes before 5 on a Sunday afternoon - not a busy time for a pizza place, right? I told the woman I spoke with on the phone that I would like to order a special listed on their website. It took about 5 minutes for her to even understand what I was ASKING, let alone to place the order. Finally placed, she said we could pick it up in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the cashier at the restaurant (whose attention I had to wrestle away from her phone which she was playing with at the counter) told me they hadn't even started making the pie. While waiting at the restaurant for our order we were asked at least twice whether we were "sure" we had placed the right order. UNBELIEVABLE. A few minutes before 6 we got our pizza. No apologies. No explanations. The cashier just handed it to me, blank-faced, her other hand on her phone. I told them this was the worst service I had ever received and would not be returning. They literally just looked at me and blinked. 10 minutes later when we opened the pizza box, the dough was half-raw and unevenly baked. Do not risk it with this place. Dimaio's is more affordable, has actual NORMAL customer service, and offers delicious pizza. Never patronizing Feasta...

The meatball sandwich had no seasoning just plain. Well we went there this past Wednesday I ordered a California cheesesteak and my boyfriend ordered a burger.he said the burger was soso, but the cheesesteak had hardly no meat on it I kid you not there was so much bread I couldn't believe that that would even sale something like that. So to top it off we waited for 30 minutes just to get our order mind you there were people coming in for there food order.but to wait about half hour come on. Then the girl working the counter brings my sandwich out and hands it to me and hands my boyfriend his burger. Then actually had the nerve to say would you like a bag. Now mind you everybody else recived there food in a bag. I looked at my boyfriend like did she really just say that to us. We said no I think we were in shock, I thought when you order food they put it in a bag. It was not a good experience we will not be going back.
