Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lower Southampton Township

On 10/7/24 I tried to place an order in the drive through. I was trying to find a breakfast sandwich I like. As I was searching the menu, the male in a disrespectful tone asked me what I wanted. I stated that I was still looking; the male employee barked at me let me know when you’re done. The employee did zero to welcome me or talk to me neither respectfully nor professionally. He addressed me in a nasty tone. After I placed my order, there was no “thank you, please pull around.” When I got to the window, a nice female handed me my drink. The male employee came to the window stared at me with a dirty look on his face, with my crumpled order in his hands. Still staring at me ignorantly, I took my so-called order. I tried to be polite but the male worker ignored me. When I looked in the bag my order was in, the napkins were rolled in what seemed like an intentional ball. The San which was flat, burned in several places, and there was black fragments of something. The bacon was also burnt. It was so disgusting and looked like it was done out of spite. The food and entire experience was so negative that it even the thought of eating the food made me feel suspicious and uncomfortable at the thought of eating something that liked inedible. I ended up wasting my hard earned money, on this garbage because I could risk getting sick from this horrible looking food. I certainly did not want to take the chance of eating a sandwich that looked like it was tampered with. My family and I have never had any problems at this location before. I have been to this location about 5 times, each time my drink has been made wrong. I am not sure if it’s the milk itself that just foams up but every time I order a matcha latte I ask for no foam. Every time I get my drink it’s mostly foam. Again, I am not sure if this type of milk is just foamier than dairy milk but I would think if that’s the case they could just tell me it’s not possible to make this drink without foam. But I am never told this. I have had to ask them to remake the drink all five times and every time the second outcome is the same, if not worse than the first outcome.
