Richman's Ice Cream & Burger Co. — Restaurant in Lower Southampton Township

Worst $60 spent on dining at this place! I went with the family to try the Richman’s Ice Cream & Burger Co. on Bustleton Ave. We ordered a Bacon Burger combo, two (2) Veggie Burgers combos, a Kids Chicken Tender Combo, and a Funnel Cake.

We made the order at around 7:30pm. At around 7:40pm, 10 minutes after making the order, we got the drinks first and were told out food would be out shortly. Around 8:15pm, 35 minutes later from getting our drinks, I received part of the order and was told one Veggie Burger was missing from the same. I waited another 15-20 minutes to receive the missing Veggie Burger. When I asked why wasn’t this last one put together with the rest of the order, I was told it was frozen up and had to be defrosted before cooking.

When we finally got to eat our food, the first Veggie Burger was missing the salad and the last Veggie Burger was cold inside. The funnel cake was also undercooked. I would not recommend this place for dinning at all! Between the time spent waiting to get our food and the quality of the same, it was not worth it. I wish I could give this place NO STARS. I came here on Sunday with my mother and 3 year old son. I ordered a cookie sundae with no hot fudge and a small vanilla shake, the young girl at the window was so involved in her conversation with another coworker she didn’t hear me so asked me although I said small. She then called out my mother‘s milkshake and said heath sundae, I said I never said heath. (Heath and cookie don’t sound anything alike in my head) She than gave me a cookie dough sundae… when I said this isn’t what I ordered. I wanted the warm cookie with vanilla ice cream she said rudely “oh you want me to make you that” I said yes. She then made my order WITH hot fudge with an attitude. Another young lady fixed it for me because I’m not sure what her attitude was for. I am a PAYING customer and you got my order wrong because you WERENT paying attention I probably won’t come back and will not recommend this location to anyone. I rather go to Levittown. Great little ice cream spot with all sorts of food. Way better place for hot eats and cool treats then you know where.. Keep in mind this is a "shack" you order at one window, pick up at the next. There is no indoor seating just a few picnic tables that are most likely being used. Be prepared to eat in or around your vehicle. Also it is located on a hill and comes up very fast you will probably overshoot it a few times I still do and I've been coming here for years, best bet is to just keep going until you see a safe area to turn around at. Traffic can be a bit of an issue the last thing you wanna do is come to a complete stop or even slow crawl with out signaling ahead of time. You will most likely get rear ended pretty hard doing this or any other sudden maneuvers.
