Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lower Yoder Township

This place is so bad it doesn’t even deserve a star. I go to this dunkin at least once a week because it’s the only coffee place within 20 minutes of my house and school. The workers are so unbelievably rude but today was the worst it’s been. The drive through ladies didn’t hear one of the drinks I was ordering so as I know with working in customer service I asked if she wants me to come inside so I wasn’t holding up the line. The way she explained she said that I ordered a different drink and listed it off which I did she just didn’t hear my second one. She made it for me and was like you didn’t order this but we won’t charge you for it. She says that in the most condescending voice. I then go to my car and try my drink. It is so bitter and awful. I regularly get this drink and it has never tasted so bad. I then go back inside and ask if they can add liquid sugar or anything to it. I also said if it’s easier can they just make a second one and i’ll pay for it. They said no and scoffed. Every-time went I hated how the first part of my morning would be bothered by the unpleasant workers but I wanted coffee so I continued to go until today was my last time because of how badly it was made and how I was personally treated. I hope the two specific workers have an awful day. Maybe some day they will learn how to do their job. It would be even better if...

So I’ve been a Dunkin app user and loyal customer for a long time. This mornings experience is unacceptable for me. My order #709 came out with 2” low on my iced coffee. I asked for less ice because I like my coffee stronger and I drink it very slow. So basically I got less ice and less coffee. Not what I wanted. I was also missing a snakin bacon. So when I went back to get what I was missing I was treated with very bad attitude from the girl in the back. She first said I didn’t pay for the second one then grabbed a bag and threw in the bacon and shoved the bag into the young mans hand that was waiting on me. So check MOBIL order #709 for today. You will see I did pay for 2 and you were wrong!!! And I didn’t deserve that no matter how busy you are. I am not going to use this location anymore. I must say the young man that waited on me at the window was very respectful and kind. I don’t know his name but you need more like him. Thanks young man.!!! I just moved here from Cornelius NC. The manager at this particular Dunkin donuts needs to take a course on dealing with the public. My wife and myself went in today and ordered 2 of the $5 wrap meals which included hot or iced coffee. We didn't want the hot or iced coffee, instead we wanted two unsweetened green tea. The cashier was very nice but didn't understand, so the manager came over and we explained what we needed, she stated it was against the companys rules. So said ring out the two $5 meal deals and also ring out the two unsweetened teas, we wouldn't paying extra she stated that it was against company policy, she stated this in an aggressive and defensive manner and that I would have to order something else.. At this point I was frustrated and did swear, to which she ignored the issue and stated don't you swear at me at this point my wife and myself left, the manager said in a loud voice to the other customers are you going to swear at me.
