McDonald's — Restaurant in Lower Yoder Township

Update February 19th 2023. They were doing so well since December 😑😫. Then today I ordered the double big Mac. They essentially gave me a "double cheeseburger" dressed like a double big Mac in the box. It also has two different kinds of pickles. The pickles that go on the spicy chicken and the regular burger pickles 🙃. Fries were undercooked too. Last week I ordered two Big Macs with extra pickles. One came back marked no pickles and the other one was marked extra pickles. 😒. Just saw that my daughters cheeseburger happy meal had the wrong pickles too.

Update November 2023 ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I would have more sauce if I used a ketchup packet on my sandwich. And I don't understand. They have the same owners as the one downtown. And the one thing I love about McDonald's is they're usually pretty consistent with the food. You will have issues sometimes with service or getting your order correct at the drive-thru. I seem to have an issue when I order any of the big sandwiches off the menu. The double cheeseburgers, McChicken sandwiches and the McDoubles are pretty much always correct. But anytime I'm craving a spicy chicken or I want a Big Mac. Just trash and immediately regret my choices.

But if I go to the one in Richland, the one at the mall, the one downtown they're all pretty much consistent and not dry. When I called the reason was we have sauce guns and it has a dispenses out a certain amount. I know this. I worked there. But downtown is the same owners and we don't have this issue. Is your kitchen doing a half squirt? Once I got a spicy chicken And it didnt even have sauce on it at all. Paid for extra pickles on the sandwich and got two pickles. Didn't order extra pickles this time and I got three pickles. So inconsistent! I opened my sandwich and the chicken was stuck to the bread and pealed bread with it.

Older review. But still stands. Their Big Mac's never have enough sauce and are always dry. Ask for extra pickles get 2.

I went here about 2 weeks ago. A chubby manager took our order and had complete attitude with my husband. He completely messed up our order. I was charged for a meal I didn't get. I didn't even get straws for the drinks. Today I went through drive thru thinking it would be quick way to feed my son and get on the road faster. In the time it took to get everything, I could have made a deluxe breakfast at home for my family. I was there a total of an hour. They parked me because the OJ machine was "temporarily out of order". I thought that meant they just had to change the OJ bag or something.I waited 20 mins. My son was freaking out because he was hungry. That's him in the pic. I went in and my order wasn't even on the screen. I asked about the OJ and my food. The manager there was in over his head and overwhelmed. He was a different manager than 2 weeks ago. He said he was called in to "fix this place". He handed me my sandwiches but there was a sandwich missing, no hashbrowns, or apple juice. I told him what I was missing and he politely fixed it. I forgot to remind him about the apple juice. I just left. Apple juice wasn't that important. I could pick some up down the street. I just wanted out of there. Hopefully this manager can fix this place. I won't be coming back for a long time if I ever...

There is only a few things that I am not happy with at this location. But they are pretty significant. #1. It takes SO LONG for the food to get made. 95% of the time I wait more than 20 minutes for my food. And I don’t order a lot for it to take that long. #2. I’ve come across A LOT of ignorant employees here. I’ve encountered more ignorant than nice ones. #3. Most of the employees are DISGUSTING &/or LAZY & unprofessional. Once there was a girl working, who was both nasty & lazy. She was a colored girl who had hair down to her ass, that wasn’t pulled up into a ponytail let alone hair net. While just standing there while everyone else around her was working, she picked at her hair. Then she proceeded to touch people’s food. I’ve had multiple employees talk to each other over the intercom while I’m trying to place my order. Sometimes it’s just talking & a few other times it was flirting. Then I pulled up to the window & the ones that were flirting over the intercom was playfully shoving each other...
