Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Loyalsock Township

Decent prices, mainly for carryout. Delivery has fees and the usual tips associated so I usually get my order myself to save money. The food is good, not great, and when you go inside the staff are reasonably polite. Not exceptional service but not terrible. Curbside pickup is best if you barely want to engage with other human beings.

Update: lowered my rating down to one star as the service seems to be getting worse. Poorly staffed location with very long wait times even for carry out orders made in advance. A month or two ago I made an order for carry out and it took something like 3 hours for a few sandwiches. I was running errands in the area and while doing that, I would check back like every 30-40 minutes or so and on the fourth and what was going to be my final attempt to PU my order, I finally got it and it was wrong anyway. Didn't find out until I got home and it was already way too much hassle so I made do but wasn't pleased with the situation.

Tonight I tried again, this time for delivery order. Couple pizzas and a sandwich. After an hour I could see it was gonna be awhile and called to see, and sure enough it was still a good hour or more off from being delivered so I just cancelled altogether. Domino's is OK but this location has a lot of problems. Order ahead--wayyyyy ahead. It will still probably be late or wrong, so...

I would like to give zero stars but that is not an option. First of all, I've been unable to update the phone number on my account for weeks. So, in the delivery instructions, I asked for my order to be placed on my porch. The front porch. The only porch on my house.

I order one pizza for delivery. The driver brought several items, which were clearly not intended for me. I informed the driver and was told my order would arrive shortly.

After waiting 20 minutes I called the store, to be told my order should arrive in 20 minutes.

Half an hour later, I received a text message that my order was canceled. Two and a half hours after I placed it.

I called the store asking for a replacement, and informed them I would not be paying for it again. The employee hung up on me.

I then called back and spoke with the gentlemen who informed me my pizza would arrive in 20 minutes. I explained the situation and asked for my food to please be delivered. He says I must pay for it again, and I decline, as I've been waiting 2.5 hours. I ask to speak to the manager but they refuse.

I guess the lesson is that I should have taken someone...

i ordered my pizza on phone for carryout than after 20 minutes i went to the domino's to pick my pizza and i was so disappoint there. the guy refuse to use my valid reward coupon and he argue with me that the coupon is just for delivery not for carryout. i said what is the difference even though there is not mention in the reward coupon that is just for delivery. because of the reward coupon I just carry exact money so the guy shouting on me in front of the employer it was so embrace situation for me. I told him that i use the reward coupon before here and there were no problem but still he dined and asked me do not call here to make delivery as well because i am not going to make your pizza than I said that's fine i won't see here anymore. my simple question is if you guys don't like to use coupon than why you are...
