Arby's — Restaurant in Lubbock

The rib sandwich was very tasty. The barbecue sauce was perfect - not too sweet like a lot of them are, and not too spicy. I like spicy, but I know a lot of people don't, and this sauce was perfect for them. It's got a good flavor. The curly fries were hot, fresh, and flavorful. The only reason it wasn't a perfect 5 star is because I had to settle for coke, because they were out of Dr. Pepper. Not a big deal, really, but you have to draw the line between good and exceptional somewhere, and to me 5 stars means it was the perfect dining experience. So, they are really close. 9/27/2020 The service was absolutely terrible. The lady taking the drive-thru order made me repeat the order about seven times. Failed to understand what I requested the first three times made me repeat the order another three times. I ended up spending 50 minutes in a Drive-Thru because of one female employee. If they can't understand English then they don't need to work there and need to get a different job somewhere else where they can hear appropriately and understand appropriately. Well drive-thur is the only thing opened right now, so we had to go thur twice, why you ask. Well because they got our order wrong. We ordered a combo and a medium fries, also four jalapeño sliders. Not a hard order. So first thing we noticed is no second fries, no big deal. Then no jalapeños that is a no go. I mean really they are called jalapeño sliders. So had to go thur again, MOD slapped some jalapeños on top of sliders and gave the order back. First off MOD the bag that was handed back should have went in the trash.
