Bahama Buck's - Lubbock (4th Street) — Restaurant in Lubbock

Yesterday March 1st we joined the drive through line about 9:40pm after waiting in line for about 15 mins we called to ask what time they closed and they stated 10pm at which time I specifically asked if they were going to finish the line even if it was past 10 so we didnt just continue to sit if not, I was assured they would finish the cars in the line that had been waiting. Another 15- 20 mins passed and the truck in front of us got out and went and knocked on the window and they were told they would not be taking any additional orders. We waited in line for close to 40 mins and well before close to not even be able to order. Felt poorly staffed and very annoying to have spent so much time waiting and still walk away...

Bahama Bucks is always a great choice especially on a hot day! The only drawback to our visit today to the 4th Street location was that none of the employees tended to the dining room and all the tables had trash on them and they were sticky. There was also little bits of scattered trash on the floor as well. It was a little disappointing because this is the 2nd time this has happened at this location in the last month.

Update: They read your reviews and make adjustments if needed! Thank you for listening to your customers! We visited again today and the dining room was clean, not sticky, and had no trash on the floor! As always, the sno cones...

Accurate order, but the service was definitely lacking. We ordered online, and they didn't even start it until we were sitting at the window. As we watched, they goofed around and finally got our order ready. One drink was missing because the app showed it was in the order, when it wasn't. When mentioned, they said, "It wasn't in the order." Which is fine, but there was zero offer to make it and have us pay for it separately from the app order. While this is not a huge deal, it would just be common sense to offer to make the sale...
