The problem with this store isnāt the product - itās the people.
On more than one occasion, I have been in the drive-thru and told to pull up to wait for my food. The problem with this is that I am always given my drinks/ice cream while waiting 7-10 minutes for my food. This results in getting home with watered down drinks because the ice melts or melted ice cream. How hard would it be to make the drinks/ice cream when the food is ready to be given to the customer?
Also, I ordered a drink and two shakes tonight. I was the only one in the car, but no drink carrier was provided or offered when I asked about it. How hard is it to see that one person is in the vehicle and said person only has two hands, so a carrier might be very appreciated? And if youāre out of them, just tell me.
Never mind the time we showed up at 10:25 am and were told that they were no longer serving breakfast, even though breakfast ended at 10:30.

When we walked in and saw 6 employees to our left, close to the kitchen entrance and one to the left of us stacking waffle cones. Once stacked he grabbed 2 and while walking away ran his bare fingers over the inside of the cones like he was cleaning them! There was one car at the drive through and we were the only people in line at the ice cream counter. We waited for 3 or 4 minutes while 5 employees and the manager conversed at the kitchen entrance and the manager assisted the one car at the drive through, we made noise and a couple of the employees looked our way and we still waited a couple more minutes before the manager said something that made an employee come wait on us! We asked if they had a lactose free option, and they looked at us like we were crazy and we were told they have sugar free but that's it. So we finally ordered 2 small ice creams. We waited for like 10 minutes and watched while one girl ran the drive-thru and did all the orders while the other four or five were simply walking back and forth. Well we finally asked where our ice cream was and the girl who was working the drive-thru said oh I forgot I'm sorry I will get it for you right now. Then when we finally got our ice cream it was wrong. We were afraid to tell them it was wrong because we were afraid we would never get the ice cream. So we are what we had and left.
