I generally give excellent reviews. I used to love, chipotle and frequented them often. The last two times have not been good and this one was one of the worst restaurant experiences my family has experienced. The restaurant was utterly and completely disgustingly filthy. Every single table was filthy. I am guessing that there were six people in the restaurant and it wasn’t anywhere near closing time. All tables that were not being used had Food, etc. left over from previous customers. The floor was filthy. The trashcan was grossly overflowing both on top and bottom, and not even one single cup could have been inserted. The service was terrible. I grew up on a farm and have seen people slopping the hogs that did a more neat job than what they did. They simply slung The food into the containers. To put it mildly, the servers did not appear to want anyone there as customers. Not one smile or positive action of any type. One of our several orders requested Sour cream, and the server filled the bowl with sour cream, which, fortunately, for the customer made it inedible as he was not tempted to try to make this experience OK by eating it.. The rest of us tried to eat, but the atmosphere and food was so horribly managed we threw all of our food out. Even the children who were extremely hungry, could not stomach the food, let alone the grossly stale chips. I took photos which I am sparing you from viewing, but will provide if necessary. What has happened to chipotle. I can’t imagine any employee having any pride whatsoever if they work at this location. An almost empty restaurant with a few employees allowing it to be in such filth and disarray. Doesn’t chipotle train their managers? Read moreI am deeply saddened to have to writing this review about one of my favorite restaurants. This location has some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. When I approached the counter the employee meet me with a snarky attitude. I asked how long the veggies on the grill would take and she would not give me an answer nor ask how much longer it would take. I was more than willing to wait but that response just made me want to leave. I then asked for double chicken and she preceded to give me one half scoop and pushed my bowl down the way. I was so upset and distraught that I just told them to throw it away. I am very upset that such a repeatable food brand is operating with such rude employees and tactics. Read moreThe woman that made our food was really rude. She made a disaster of Hubby's burrito. When he opened the foil wrapper the tortilla was torn to shreds and she had put so much salsa on in that he couldn't pick it up to eat it without it falling apart. He wouldn't complain so I took it back and spoke with what I assume was the manager. He said they would remake it or refund it. Hubby was hungry so he chose to have them remake it. If we thought the woman was rude the 1st the 2nd time she was completely hostile towards him. Then the blonde woman at the cash register decide to get on board with her co-worker and was hostile as well. As much as I love Chipotle, I'll definitely never eat here again.
