Being that I’m pregnant and drive busses I had to stop here and grab a quick bite From the moment I walked in I felt tension So the gentleman who makes the sandwiches black guy who works around 3pm I asked him I said I only brought this amount of money today I don’t wanna exceed the limit he was rude and told me to look at the board and pointed to it All I wanted was a sandwhich and some chips that’s it So I didn’t want to look cause idk how the combos there go or anything being it’s my first time So he had his mask on can barely hear what he saying and he gets mad when I tell him I’m sorry I cannot hear so I told him I just want a ham sandwich and he said soup or half salad I replied I want chips So he continues with the attitude I don’t know if he was tired or what but he was unprofessional even after I mentioned to him it’s my first time in idk how they open he didn’t even try to open up and help me with anything just kept on with my order Now as I bite into my sandwhich it’s dry and taste burnt definitely don’t taste as if it was made with love The guy also wears a black mask with white stuff on it Now on the bright side of things the cashier was a Mexican girl more heavy set didn’t get her name was n a rush to get back to work on route if I def give her 5 stars she was very professional and accommodating w me She was the best part of my visit at potbelly’s today But if I wasn’t pregnant and didn’t need to eat I definitely would’ve walked away after that ride encounter from the cook I just kept my composure and went on But if he don’t like his job it may be time for him a new job cause that’s not a good feeling to have when your paying for...

3-4 years ago this place was the place to be. They were fast, efficient, and delicious. The past 2 years though their old main guy who o assume was the manager left, and it all changed. We’ve never had a good experience since, and we used to come almost every day. Every day turned into once a month which turned into never at all. Every time we came we ran into a consistent problem of the food was made poorly, with the wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, undercooked dough, etc. They became very slow, poor quality, poor consistency, and unorganized. The previous guy was always happy and nice, this new team doesn’t really seem to care about the quality of their service at all. Anyways, after about a full year not coming I decided to give it another shot. I wish I didn’t. What a waste of $12. My sandwich was disgusting, made with entirely the wrong ingredients, and once again missing other ingredients. I’m not sure what happened to this place, but unfortunately I have decided that I will not be returning. After 2 years and over 2 dozen (not exaggerated) consistently poor experiences, I’ve decided that I have had enough. I do hope things change for the better though, and I do wish you the best of luck because it is really nice for a college student to have the option to get a properly made potbelly. small rustic-esque establishment close to the university, great sandwiches and creative specialty menu with reasonable prices, $11 fed me here; mind you i eat a lot :)

first impressions: everything is made of wood, lots of windows, general earthy color tones, smells good, clean place

sandwiches: not many options for bread (white/wheat), which i personally prefer because it tells me that the company cares about their food. the proteins they offer are VERY high quality and they don’t charge you that much for it, i got a “BIGS” sandwich with like 5 different meats and i paid $11 for it. very good pickled peppers. i ate the entire sandwich and the peppers.

sides: haven’t tried their baked potatoes or mac & cheese, they offer zapp’s chips which are my personal favorite

customer service: kindly greeted upon entrance from what i suppose was a manager. offered options of surveys & fb check in for free items- of course i accepted. sandwich makers were respectful as well. you can tell the company puts in effort.
