Cowpokes — Restaurant in Lubbock

The managers won't speak to you or answer the phone ever. The phone has no voice-mail or answering service. It's probably personal cell phone from the song of the voice-mail. My friend left a cellphone there after we attended their bar with friends. It was 2:16am when i returned to look. The person who answered the door was beyond belligerent and putting up stage gear. I proceeded to ask the bartender close by the door who was cleaning up their bar exactly where to look and then I asked her to please check with a manager. She returned to tell me a few moments later "they were in a meeting and could not talk to me or be bother at all" and "one of the bar tenders would sure find it and return it"...then a second stage person who was putting gear in his truck told me he was closing the door and told me to leave and I could not talk to a manager at all over lost items. This is ridiculous that you can't even talk to management even over the phone. Let's hope none of the workers and management is...

My personal experience at Cowpokes was like bad piece of candy… I 1000% won’t be returning unfortunately…

The bartenders were probably my favorite part about this place! They are very hardworking, very kind, and very professional! They go above and beyond!

I wish I met more people like the bartenders here! They are such amazing people!

The people who spend time here however aren’t very welcoming and it just ruins the entire experience.

I talked to about 10+ people and they all gave me the “Eff off type of vibe”

Some people need to work on their social skills, and people skills, but being born and raised in this city I shouldn’t be surprised at this point…

I’ve been here twice just I was here maybe 30 mins ago VERY RUDE on camera been here maybe 30 mins I was standing in line maybe 15 mins I went to order my drink and the girl very young went to ask the couple behind me what they wanted THEY THE couple said I was infront of them she told me then to talk to her manager even though I didn’t get to say anything so I tried but before I got there she ran to her n told her idk what the managers name was Danielle.
