May 27, 2016. My sister and daughter had a 50th birthday party for me. Beautiful venue. The problem was the music. Many rules concering music, but my daughter was told she could have a play list with our music selections. My daughter and I spent a couple of hours developing my play list for my party. Once arriving the employees at the wine bar said, they could only use their phones and only use Pandora. Well Pandora scans music. This was a problem no one danced!!!! Correction, one time people did dance. I believe the young lady playing music intentionally changed the music when she was asked to play music from a certain error. Room full of people wanting to dance to R&B/Soul and blues, instead we heard Pop, Rock, Electonic dance. It was so frustrating. Several times I would look at her, she had this smerk on her face. This told me this was intentional. She was asked if we could call someone to ask if we could play our play list, she said no!!. My daughter called to complain, but of course since McPherson's was paid in full, no one has returned her call. Word of advice, Maybe you shouldn't have racist hosting/ working your parties. McPherson's sell wine, but the two employees at the bar only had 2 bottles of wine to choose from. Does the owner care? This was a contract breach. I am considering...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences we have ever had! My sister and I went for a wine tasting 11/07/2015. We were not greeted with a hello! We didn't even have service for over five mins. We stood in line and were over looked until finally one guy said "can I help with something?" Uh yea were here for the same reason as everyone else, to drink wine! Finally we start the wine tasting and the guy pretends to be very unknowledgeable of the wines. I then ask if they serve fruit trays and he says "no!" I give him a look like yea you do and he then says I have to go see if they are willing to make one. At this point I'm like how much do I owe you? We will never revisit this place we felt so...
Read moreI need to apologize first off because I have been here many times since 2014 and realized I have not left a review. My experience here has always been great we make it a point to take good friends here. We have been lucky to get a tour from Kim himself, networked with business owners, and of course done wine tastings. My girlfriend loves their “Blush” wine and as for me I tend to go with a good dry red wine. The staff is knowledgeable and seem to study the wines well. I want to give Abby part of the credit for talking my girlfriend into trying more wines and sending us home with 8 bottles this most...
