We just ordered a pizza, & the crust was burnt and the pizza was dry. We called and told Dominoes about the dry, burnt pizza and the Gm put the Manager on the phone. The manager was VERY argumental and basically told us we were lying about the pizza & there is no way it could be dry and burnt. My husband told him that we didn't even eat half of it, and they can come get the old pizza & check it out themselves. The manager assumed we said we are half & told us that there was no way he was going to make us another pizza .. even after we said they can come get the old one. We then asked to speak to someone else & the manager said that the Gm gave him the phone and the Gm was busy, so he was the only person we were going to speak to. My husband then said, he shouldn't talk to us the way he was if he was a manager. The manager stated that any other manager would speak to us the same way. I love Dominoes but not this stores customer service. This also isn't the first time this has happened. Anytime we've spoken to anyone else about something not right, they apologized and fixed the problem. Definitely will NOT order from this store anymore, even if I have to drive to go get it. Read moreI had did an online order for delivery, 2 med 3 topping pizzas. They delivered the pizzas but one of them was not what I had wanted or ordered online so I thought. Apparently when I went to review my order online it didn't compute the toppings. So The Pizza I received was plain just cheese. I had ordered the pizzas ahead of time so they'd be ready when my kids got home but they were a couple hours later than expected. So didn't realize one of the pizzas was wrong until 2 hours later. I called and asked if they could as a courtesy deliver the pizza that I originally wanted. I spoke to the general manager O'rion, and he was true to Domino's guarantee. Which basically states that they are customer service focused and wants every customer satisfied and to have a good experience with Domino's. The manager Orion represented that and advised me that he would go ahead and make the pizza that I wanted and deliver it no charge. Excellent customer service. This Domino's Pizza on 34th Street is awesome the service is great the pizza is wonderful and I had a very good experience and had to share that. Read moreI have ordered from this dominos for over 20 years. Most of the time every thing comes out perfect and a few times mishaps happened but nothing to complain about so never called to complain. Now this incident was entirely my fault as I somehow happened to put no cheese on my medium pepperoni pizza order. Just one little pizza, however I didn’t realize this until I went to take it back. I wasn’t rude and I even said if it was my fault i am not sure how I put no cheese but... the guy takes it in and brings it right out and said the manager said since it was basically my fault I would just have to buy another one. They couldn’t replace one nothing special pepperoni pizza although I had been a customer for years with no complaints even when other customers might have. I have been in the restaurant business and I am great at customer service and although it was a mistake on my part and I am still not sure how I chose no cheese it was an honest mistake and I think most of the managers I have worked with would have agreed with me that was not customer service especially to a loyal customer of years.
