In June on national donut day I drove from Lamesa to Lubbock to get the buy one and get the other dozen for .87 cents. because I love their donuts so much but their employees managed to screw up my order. The order was simple. I just wanted glazed donuts but that's not what I received. I even waited until around 6 in the evening because I knew they would be busy. I told the employee what I wanted and he gave me what he wanted me to have, not what I drove 120 miles roundtrip to get. I even told them I just drove from Lamesa to get this special and this is how they reward me? When I called back after I got back to Lamesa after I looked into the other box, their acting manager acted as if I was putting him out by complaining. The result is I get a dozen donuts the next time I'm in Lubbock, but no apology. I have no reason to ever go to LBB again but when I do I better be getting that dozen I was promised. I told the manager I just drove 120 miles for a dozen donuts because I do't like all the other's that I did not request. I was blistering mad at their attitude over their screw up. Sincerely, Brenda Britt not James Tompkins (I just used his computer so I could voice my complaint) Thats Brenda Britt again in case KK even reads these posts. Why don't you guys try, just try to care. You are getting paid to care if that helps ease your...

On the way out, I told the girl at the register that they were cold and that I wanted another dozen. I was fine with the cold ones but would pay for the hot ones. The girl was super nice! While we waited, I tried on a Krispy Kreme baseball hat and LINDA came out yelling, asking what was wrong with my donuts. I explained that they were cold, but it wasn't a big deal and that I would still pay for them. I just wanted another one that was hot. She insisted that they were hot, but eventually, I got her to feel them and she gave me another dozen, which I would have paid for. No problem. However, she was super rude and then she said, "Hey, I also need you to pay for that hat since you put it on." I said, "Okay, no problem." I buy hats all the time and try them on before purchasing them. However, I still bought it. Linda, the manager, was the rudest manager I have ever dealt with, but she can't ruin Krispy Kreme for us. I love Krispy Kreme and...

Then I got the app downloaded and said I also got the app to get the free doughnut After she told me the price was 2.69 after taxes. They said ok hold on let me get my manager. She left and the manager came back and said ok what's the code number I gave her the number and she then said the price was 4.37 cents. After saying no its 2.69 after taxes and on the board I said it is saying 2.49 on the board for my size. She said yeah that needs to be updated. I said whatever got my drink cause I just was wanting a frappe. After she rang me up they both walked away to the back I stood there at the check out still waiting for my doughnut and they watched me still standing in the back and after a minute of them watching they came back and said what? I said give me my free doughnut. They said which one I said this one. And she grabbed it with her bare hands and put it in the bag and handed it to me. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A KRISPY KREME EVER.
