I go to this Sonic every morning and always get great service. The order is right and everything is fresh. But at night time its the worst ever. I go and order simple #1 and #12. They come out with no tarot this for one of the combos. Then I ask for the tarot tots and the girl is like are you sure so then I show her the bag. Then she is like oh you didnt get charged for them. I'm go over my order again and say I need the tarot tots. This order was simple. I feel like I shouldn't have to pull out my purse and then wallet and then the money to pay for something I had ordered in the first place. Then some little teenager comes out and is like with all due respect. I stop him and tell him no just get me the tarot tots. He says well you'll need to pay $1.07. I tell him I don't care if they are $100.00 just bring the tator tots. He still stands there and then argues with me about with all due respect. I am done and then leave after he tells me if the service is so bad at night why "you here ". WOW... I have worked in the food industry half of my life and never treated anyone so bad. UPDATE: THANK YOU VIVIANN THE SUPERVISOR, I WENT BACK SHE TOOK CARE OF THE ORDER REPLACED THE FOOD AND GAVE ME A CUSTOMER CARE CHIP. WHICH IS A FREE DRINK. I TOLD HER THANK YOU BEFORE AND GAVE HER A TIP.
