Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lubbock

I go to this Sonic every morning and always get great service. The order is right and everything is fresh. But at night time its the worst ever. I go and order simple #1 and #12. They come out with no tarot this for one of the combos. Then I ask for the tarot tots and the girl is like are you sure so then I show her the bag. Then she is like oh you didnt get charged for them. I'm go over my order again and say I need the tarot tots. This order was simple. I feel like I shouldn't have to pull out my purse and then wallet and then the money to pay for something I had ordered in the first place. Then some little teenager comes out and is like with all due respect. I stop him and tell him no just get me the tarot tots. He says well you'll need to pay $1.07. I tell him I don't care if they are $100.00 just bring the tator tots. He still stands there and then argues with me about with all due respect. I am done and then leave after he tells me if the service is so bad at night why "you here ". WOW... I have worked in the food industry half of my life and never treated anyone so bad. I won't be back!!!! He needs to be fired and the others trained on respect and...

Welllll.... always cannot go wrong with sonic drinks as well as some fast food. Today I got the app and tried it out. 1/2 price drink. BUT GOING AND PICKING UP CLEARLY I ASKED FOR DRINK CARRIER. 1ST APP WOULDNT LET ME GET TO CHECK IN SO I TOLD THEM I WAS THERE. 2ND RUDEST EMPLOYEE CAME OUT NO DRINK CARRIER ASKED FOR ONE AND LEFT WITH AN ATTITUDE CAME BACK WITH DRINK CARRIER AND I HAD TO PUT ALL MY DRINKS IN CARRIER. WOW THESE KIDS THESE DAYS. I DO TIP AT SONIC 2 TO 5 DOLLARS. THIS ZOEY GOT NOTHING. WILL BE BACK BUT HOPEFULLY SHE IS NOT MY CARHOP...

UPDATE: THANK YOU VIVIANN THE SUPERVISOR, I WENT BACK SHE TOOK CARE OF THE ORDER REPLACED THE FOOD AND GAVE ME A CUSTOMER CARE CHIP. WHICH IS A FREE DRINK. I TOLD HER THANK YOU BEFORE AND GAVE HER A TIP. Wasn't her fault but training your employees correctly and using techniques as train and develop will get these younger generation on a good work ethic in their future. Thank you...

Worst sonic experience as of yet and I've been to a lot of Sonics I walked to this one cause it's close to my house I asked for 2 chicken strip sandwiches with bbq and pickle only and got home there was mayo and lettuce I asked for large tattor tot with chili cheese and jalepenosand ranch i got no ranch the kid who braught my food out was sweet enough but I asked for my Coney and toys to be bagged cause I was walking and he took back inside took 7 minutes to bring back out while my food set on counter and 4 employees stood there looking at me and talking about me I called manager and he said that's how sandwiches were made I said well that's not how I ordered them and I will be calling corporate learn some common sense and how to make sure your orders are rang in correctly odont care if your store is closest to me I will not be back......i spoke with ciera a manager and she fixed the whole issue she was polite and understanding I will return as a customer thank you ciera for taking the time to...
