My experience every time
Ordered 1 small chocolate shake @ 11pm My baby having a rough time sleeping so I drive her around so she can sleep. I pull up to get a small shake for myself cause why not Whataburger Monica "what can I get ya" Me " yes can I please just have a small chocolate shake " Monica the red head with bright red lip stick " hold on" Patiently wait ... Monica " is that it..." in a tone that seems like I was the one who said hold on but maybe it's what I assumed . Me " yes ma'am that'll do it" Monica " on pull up ahead " I pull up. take note they were not busy .only two people appeared in the dinning area and one guy ahead of me maybe some one behind me. not the important part Monica " you the the one with the shake " Me " yes ma'am" Monica " 2.39" in a most unhappy tone Monica " there" hands me card and shake Me " thank very much " Monica hastily closes the window Now I work nights so I wasn't sleepy I was very alert in not trying make me look good and someone bad. I go here maybe once about 3 to 4 months. I feel as though I literally deal with her negative attitude every time I come by . I'd go here maybe more often because it's closer but I'd rather travel to the one on 50 th cause frankly they seem a bit more chipper. My point is Monica if you hate you job that much just quit , or learn to be a happier worker cause there are plenty of people who would want your job. People who struggle to make a living and your a manager seriously crack a smile say have a good night like thats it.that's all you need to do and it makes for a...
Read moreI hear my order being called out to the customer in front of me waiting for a drive-through carry out. Parked in front of me. The gentleman in the truck opens my bag places his hands inside realizes it’s not his food and carries this bag inside. I immediately follow the customer and tell him he must’ve received my order and he said yes, they should remake it and I said exactly the reason I’m going inside as I walk inside the gentleman that carried the bag out is trying to neatly refold my sack hand it to another employee and tells her to bring it to the other truck. I then stated no, I do not want that. I want to change my order because you are not supposed to hand customer food when another customer has touched it. The lady argued I didn’t know that the guy had his hand in the sack and said it doesn’t matter. It was given to another customer therefore, it is unsafe to hand me that food. She gave me attitude and continued laughing, as if it was nothing serious. I will no longer eat at this location. The manager was nice and understood my concern while the other two employees thought it was a joke or treated it as it if it was a joke this is not safe practice. I appreciate the manager allowing me to change my order because of the concern, I did not want to receive the same sandwich. Food safety should be trained to the two employees who were careless and tried to refold the...
Read moreI was over charged. 4.49 instead the price for an egg and cheese for 2.99. Which is why I ORDERED it the way I ordered it. Which when the clerk needed help a manager came by just to over charge me. I also was over charged for egg and cheese biscuit meal. I don't appreciate being over charged. I want a to be compensated for the over charged. I do not fault the new employee that did fantastic. I am appalled at the manager or team lead that came to help her and over charged me. I want to be contacted via email about a solution at the earliest convenience.
The team lead/ manager was polite but rude and ignored the price difference which is unprofessional conduct towards a customer. Along with biscuits having been out a while and we're hard like a rock, not moist and soft and fresh like it is supposed to be. It made my food even less enjoyable. When food was brought to my table hashbrowns were forgotten. Carol (the skinny girl,Elderly girl) unless she was using a register on someone else's name was delightful. The manager/team lead (larger portioned woman) did not clearly communicate with her staff.
Had to describe people based off of violation of whataburger policy with...
