I was Doordashing and arrived to pick up an order (which I drove halfway across town for) arrive to find only one drive thru lane open which the sign specifically stated otherwise so I drove around and parked a the order pick up area. (Like every other McDonald's) After a few minutes of the employees not even acknowledging me I walked up to the window where the said I'd have to go through the full line, which was frustrating but fair enough. When I finally get to the order speakerphone I tell them AGAIN I'm with Doordash and the order number to which they were rude and over talked me saying one moment over and over and apparently didnt turn their mike off because I could hear them laughing and mocking like they had just dont something to be proud of! Anyway, when I FINALLY get to the window after 30 minutes THEY CAN'T FIND THE ORDER!!They say the order has already been picked up which I havent because I'm literally looking at the order on my phone. I reply that I think most likely tha they messed up and gave someone the wrong order. So once again extremely frustrating but not the end of the world. I tell them the order which if I remember was a couple McCoy bbn less a mcchicken and some pies. Soo after ALL this they say that they cant make the order because they are only serving break fast now!!!!! I've never experienced a more inept and careless group!    Read moreHad to stop by McDonald's at 102 north University...Reggie Martinez Store manager and my hiring manager. I had to retire as a shift leader about 10 years ago because of heart issues. My husband Dennis and I had to go to a local physical rehabilitation for his post total hip replacement surgery rehabilitation. We hadn't had lunch and stopped by for the 2 cheeseburger meal large size, we sharedđand the burger was fresh.. the fries were fresh and hot salted. Melinda took our order a I used to work with herđ..She has exemplary customer service skillsđ. We stopped in the parking lot, enjoyed lunch and we're on our way. I want to say that a friend of my husband's Ray works at this McDonald's now. He is middle age and was having problems finding full time employment, he was depressed because of this. Reggie hired him, and he now lives in the apts where we live that is about a block from MCdonalds. He has talked to Dennis and I about what an impact Reggie Martinez, and his Co workers have had in his life. With Reggie as a store manager this McDonald's has a good work environment. Reggie is very customer and employee oriented. He is very motivational to all the employees encouraging them to go as far as they want to with the McDonald's corporation. The way that Ray carries himself , the way he walks, the way he does his job at McDonalds .. it's pride. Ray walks and works with pride and it shows...
   Read moreI work overnights at a hospital and this McDonald's is the only one that is on the Uber Eats radar at 2am. So I have to order from this particular store. Put in a simple order and they messed it up by not providing the small things (sauces, dressing, straws). I called and talked to the manager twice (because he hung up on me the first time). He was so rude and he blamed his baggers and Uber Eats for the mistakes even though he is the one who trains his baggers and even though his store puts the food in the bags and handles orders, not Uber. Told him that I would call a different McDonald's about what they would do in this situation. This manager also asked me how I got the store number because he "never gave out this number to anyone" like what? It's on Google you idiot. Anyways, he is one of the main reasons that the store doesn't have high ratings. My co-workers have never seen me this upset. He was one of the rudest managers and so inconsiderate. He wouldn't have a job if it weren't for people...
