Update 10/2024. It's been a little over a year. I'm blocked from Sonic on all social media for trying to get what the manager of this sonic and the regional manager offered me. I have posted everywhere I can this story. I tell it to everyone who will listen. I have made it a main goal in my life to let as many people as possible know just how bad sonic is. I was promised a replacement meal for me and my wife, but because the manager got embarrassed about his typo, I was robbed of my money and time. I will continue to spread the word of just how bad of an experience I have had with this sonic. Also, if you look, my review is the only one Sonic didn't reply to. All the others say "happy yo hear it" or "sorry to hear that, please reach out to us." Mine got nothing from Sonic.
Worst sonic ever. I stopped in to get me and my wife supper. There was a long hair in my wife's burger. I got ahold of the manager via messenger, and he offered to replace everything. He made a slip in his reply and offered to replace our order, or he could give me a girl card. I joked that I was married and didn't need a girl. The order replacement would be fine. He cut off all communication. This was after he stated he would replace the order. I tried getting ahold through Facebook, but I was blocked when I mentioned it.I was hung up on when I called about it, I tried other sonics and was immediately blocked when I mentioned the situation. Finally, after 8 months, corporate contacted me after I said I would take to social media to tell everyone about their treatment of this. I was asked questions and spent many hours replying to endless emails, and then all communication was stopped. I sent several more emails, but none were answered. Corporate also said they would replace my order but needed details. I am still out of my original expense for the food and have over 40 hours in so far trying to resolve this. All I wanted was our uneaten order replaced. After a week of it being in the refrigerator, I finally threw it out. I was going to return it when I went in for the replacement. I have spent a lot of time, effort, and energy trying to get my order replaced. I shall keep on trying till it is replaced and I'm reimbursed for all the time I have spent. Read moreI am no longer gonna eat at sonic anymore thank you guys you have an app that does not work and when I arrive to your location, your manager’s explained to me to use Safari so I have to go back and try to login just to order some breakfast two breakfast toasters, and two beverages The app should be useful so I can save money. What is a convenience turns into a nuisance so at this location on 64th off Frankford the assistant manager, Brandon could not help me. I reframedfrom being vulgar or belligerent however I am very frustrated. I set there and set there with no one answering. I tried to flag down a car hop, they said hello how are you doing but never came over. At 7:01, with the call still not being answered I left. I figured after 5 minutes if they don't have time to answer a call, their not interested in taking an order. As close to work as this place is, and being a loyal customer for the past several years, I have to say I won't be back. I had to get to work, this morning I came to work hungry and now have to work till lunch before I can get something to eat.
