Absolute criminal organization.
I bought a living room group from them a few years ago that they told me was a showroom display set for a few months, so gave me a slight discount. It was delivered to me with the loveseat already broken. It took them almost a year to get it fixed. So right off the bat I don't have 1/3 of my purchase in my house for a whole year. When they do return it, it breaks again in the exact same way it was broken in about a month. They refuse to repair it since it is out of the 1 year warranty, even though it was in my house for 30 days and their own repair didn't last a month. I spend $500 to get it fixed on my own. More recently, the couch frame completely broke. This couch is on the side of my living room and was maybe used 5 times since I bought it, now the whole thing is unusable. I attempted to fix it myself and as soon as I turn it over, I noticed a ton of extra screw holes, holes in the fabric, and lots of screws that are different color and size and the manufacturer screws. So, the entire couch was repaired before it was ever sold to me. They sold me this set as NEW and never mentioned it has been massively repaired. The most corrupt thing I've ever heard to sell someone used and heavily repaired furniture as new and without disclosing that information. I contacted the store directly who did nothing for me except send an email to their support person. The support person replies saying everything is out of warranty and there's nothing I can do except pay $150 for someone to come out and attempt to fix it. Why in the heck would I pay these people more money to fix something that they have already "fixed" twice and has completely broken? Their support person was beyond rude and I guarantee you didn't ever read my whole email and just sent me generic responses. Now they have blocked my email address and will not answer me.
To whoever at Bob Mills reads this: what has been done to me should be criminal. I now have an almost entire living room group that is not even usable because one or multiple of your employees sold me used and repaired furniture as new. Your support staff is rude and not willing to try and make this situation right in even the least bit.
I hope someone someday files a case against this company and holds these crooks accountable for this kind of behavior. In the meantime, I've got a living room group I'm going to have to...
Read moreIn March of 2023 I purchased a living room set. Loved it!!! 6 months later one of the recliners motors went out. The service guy that came was so nice & professional. In correspondence with the service department it stated that it would be anywhere between 2-10 weeks. Every month I have been in contact with this person from the service department/corporate And for 16 1/2 WEEKS now, I have been told that they understand my frustration, but all they can do is watch for the shipment. As someone who is in management myself in customer service, it is absolutely absurd to me that for 4 1/2 months I have not been able to fully use my brand new furniture. Yet I have to continue paying for it or my credit gets ruined. No compensation, no refunds, no credits.. nothing but apologies have been made. As a single mother working day in and day out to afford nice furniture on top of normal life, it is so disappointing that nobody is able to help get this situation resolved, and nobody is concerned enough to do anything other than “Keep an eye on their shipments” This is my first time to buy new furniture and I was so excited. The customer service with corporate and in store on this matter are terrible. When I called the Lubbock location to speak with a supervisor, I was told it could be three days till they get back to me. I will never do business with this company again. I’m sure if they’re doing this to me they’re doing it to a lot more people.

You don't have to wait for months for your merchandise to come in once you make a purchase. Unlike Ashley's furniture and furniture row where orders and delivery are so backed people will never get to enjoy furnishing their homes because everything is backed up. I started telling people at Ashley's that Bob Mills was the place to go if they were going to buy any furniture. I'm so glad that I went with Bob Mills for all my furniture minus my bedroom set. I had all my furniture within a month. While I still waited for Ashley's to deliver my bedroom set I had already paid for in cash 4 months later I was still waiting for it to come in. I made a call to corporate and they said it would be another 4-6 weeks.😠 I had enough!!! Today I drove to Ashley's and got a full refund I went to Bob Mills and purchase a nice bedroom set .😊 I totally recommend Bob Mills furniture to anyone buying furniture.
