I had a poor experience at this location on 7/19. I placed an order for pick up. I picked up my food and was leaving only for your worker to chase me out of the building. When I noticed, she asked me are you Justin? I'm not. That was not the name on my order. The pick up system is severely flawed. That gave a perception that I stole something or maybe took good That wasn't mine. I went home upset. I decided to call. The girl who answered didn't understand I was calling to speak to a manager and even laughed. I'm 80% positive it was the girl who chased me out who answered. She eventually put the phone down only to be answered by another girl. She asked what my name for reference. She never said if she was a manager. I asked what was her name for my reference (echoing what she was asking me) we did that like 3 times.i finally got a manager I was retelling the events. He said I can barely hear its loud in here. I continued my story only to be hung up. At that point I drove up there. From the moment I walked in the girl who chased me out saw me. I waited in line spoke to a girl who wore a green shirt whol I believe was the May I have your name for reference girl. I finally got the manager. I can tell it was him by his thick accent yet he denied that was him. He said that a call center takes the calls. There was no way I could tell by the voice. He was primarily only concerned about my fly being down. Thus was a horrible customer experience that ended with no resolution except me eating cold food. To not help but blatantly imply we were dumb enough to believe the call center.
Anybody can just walk in and grab food. There is no...
Read moreA must when in Lubbock is Asada. It is very clean, lots of tables and plenty of space to eat comfortably. The prices are great for the food portions. My favorite thing to get is the carne asada quesa-tacos. The tortilla has a cheesy, crispy lattice layer topped with charred steak that's tender and seasoned just right. The plate comes with charro beans, onions, cilantro, limes and radishes. The toppings have always been fresh and crisp. They make their tortillas by hand and it makes a huge difference. They have 3 kinds of salsas including an orange super spicy that's my all time favorite. All salsas are very, very good and not bland at all. I always get limonada and it's sweet and tart. They are always very kind and nice when ordering and will accommodate you in every way possible, like toppings on the side, or omitting certain things. Stop by and check them out, you will not be...
Read moreWe popped into Asada Grill on a whim passing through Lubbock, and we were so very glad we did because it turned out to be one of the BEST food experiences of our entire vacation. First of all, Alex is a blessing!!! Give this man a raise! From the moment we walked in, he was nothing but kind, friendly, helpful, and hospitable. He was so very patient with us as it was a first-time experience, and we were undecided at first on what we wanted. He treated us like family and made excellent suggestions. The food was amazing, and the overall establishment was immaculate. Our order came out promptly hot, fresh, and delicious. I can not say enough about how pleased we were with our experience. Please come out and support this great local business if you've never been! We'll definitely be back when we...
