Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lufkin

Im extremely disappointed and disatysfied with Dunkin donuts. We recently had a brand new one open here locally and I couldn't have been more excited because their donuts are usually always good. I bragged about their donuts until opening day. I've gone multiple times to purchase a specific donut and all four times they haven't had the donut. I've tried going at different times through the day to see if that would help and it didn't. Yesterday I went super early in the morning only to find out that donut wasn't available again. I asked why if they just no longer carried it and they said yes but the person who makes them just didn't make them that day. So it makes me question why advertise for a specific donut if your only going to pick and choose when to make it what a disappointment to your customers. I said I would go early again today and ordered the same donut White powdered Bavarion Kreme donut she took my order and placed it in a bag. I paid and left. When I was able to look in the bag come to find out it was a plain donut no white powder Kreme filled. So let me guess they didn't feel like putting the white powder on the donut today ??? I mean if anything they could let customers know hey we're out of white powder or we didn't put any on it today instead of just taking the order and my money. I won't ever go back to Dunkin donuts and will not recommend anyone to go...

The teen working the register and making drinks seemed like she didn't care. My friend and I both ordered at the counter with cash and then she went to make the drinks for us. My iced coffee had so much syrup that I ended up adding my own coffee from home to it so I wouldn’t get sick.

I had asked her beforehand how many pumps she was going to put in and she said, “Coffees don't get shots only espresso does.” She misunderstood me, but I couldn't re-address the question again before she walked away. I watched her pump the butter pecan 6 times into my medium iced coffee!

1. It was way too sweet of a coffee and 2) she didn’t give me a chance to rectify the situation. So I feel like I really wasted my money which is why instead of throwing it away I made coffee at home to add to it. Further, 3) getting out of here is a suicide mission, no lie. If you have to turn left, you have no choice but to use the suicide lane and hope to the good Lord above oncoming traffic doesn’t ride that lane to turn at the light while you pull out into it.

Three strikes and you’re out, so I’d honestly pass on this location based on my experience. Which stinks because I like...

This place has been open all of a couple weeks. First visit was a disaster. It’s a brand new place and the lighted sign out front was already burned out. “unkin onuts” isn’t exactly a great look. Pulled up to drive-though and the menu doesn’t list ice cream flavors. I ask how to see the flavors and they say they’ll read it off to me. Nope. I don’t have that kind of time to spare. I order a waffle cone. They’re out of them. I order rocky road ice cream. Nope. Out of that too. You made me mad and I just drove off and didn’t order. I was so frustrated that I went on a rant that got my wife pissed off at me and started a fight. That one’s on me, but you started it “unkin onuts”!!!!

I have zero tolerance for this level of incompetence. In this town, first impressions are everything and you score an F on my first visit. I will NEVER go back. In the end, I guess it’s a win for me, because you were just gonna make me fat anyway. Take your diabetes somewhere else...
