Where do I start, we ordered via the website (Not DoorDash), but it was delivered by door dash. They forgot the pizza, the cheese breadsticks looked like a badly made cheese pizza cut into sticks, the order option was for sauce on the side, we got sauce on the breadsticks...like a literal cheese pizza and the pepperoni rolls were burnt. Anyways we called the dasher who delivered they said the missing pizza wasn't their problem and to call the restaurant, we called the restaurant they told us it was door dashes problem. They offered to remake the pizza as a large but we'd have to come pick it up or refund back to the card. I told them I'd come pick up the pizza. I go all the way up there for them to give me the old pizza that was not given to DD, the pizza that sat there for an hour+, it was cold and looked awful. No apologies or anything, blamed it on the dasher...like they pull the boxes out of the warmer...in the back. I was told they could write me a coupon for a free pizza and that turned in to call and tell them when I want it. Are you confused, I sure am. So then I just asked for the refund. They literally told me they could not refund my order because I ordered through door dash, which I did not. I was repeatedly told I could not get a refund, even though the cashier could pull up my order and see the transaction. They just told me to call and ask for "persons name" and I could get a free pizza in the future, but no refund. AND then I was told to call and talk to the GM, but they didn't know when they would be there. We ended up throwing the whole order in the trash. Also we ordered around 6pm-7pm so no where near closing. Seriously horrible customer service, I either got lied to repeatedly or they weren't trained enough, maybe they don't know how to refund, I would have understood that. But If I could rate it zero I would. Also I understand they just opened and everyone has a bad day, but come on now they could have at least remade my pizza and said sorry. Read moreI know they just opened and they're still working out the kinks however our experience was lackluster at best. I also think reviews are important because you can't fix things if you don't know they're broken. Going in it seems very unfinished, there was trash on the floor the two different tables we sat at were both very wobbly. There was no greeting from the young lady at the front. She took our order which was just the sandwich and it took 21 minutes from start to finish. If we had ordered other things this would have been understandable, I just feel like the urgency isn't there. He was on a one hour lunch break and it just didn't seem like it should have taken that long. When we ordered the sandwich the young lady asked if mayo was okay to which my husband said yes, the when he opened it up it had mustard on it. I got a supreme pizza ( that was made wrong) and a cherry dessert. It was 22.50 for a XL large and as it arrived I was ambitious to try! With my first bite I knew I had wasted every cent I spent.
