Took my car to sams club in Lufkin to get my bad battery replaced while in their care they pried off my battery terminal which broke it and then broke my washer fluid cap off and left it loose in the engine bay, they put a little note in that said it was already broken to cover their butts from getting into trouble. I know for sure none of it was broken before pulling into the sams club parking lot since it was a bad battery we and a few other people had already looked at it multiple times before we went into to get it replacement, so we absolutely positively know without a doubt it was just the bad battery before we got there that day. They take no responsibility in the mangling on my battery terminals or the screw they left to try and start the car. Which cars don’t have any screws in them so definitely wasn’t there before. They sat there laughing at us with our now broken car. Please don’t go here to replace anything on your vehicles. It’s a $215 replacement for the battery terminal on top of the replacement cap for my washer fluid and not to mention the $220 for the new battery. This is a mess don’t try...
Read moreI called the pharmacy to see if they had a medication in stock. First, I was told they had 2 left, but it was on a first come, first serve basis. I was then asked if I had all my prescriptions filled there, and my answer was no. I explained that I was just needing to fill one specific medication, and I needed them to fill it since it was in stock. I was then told they couldn't fill it because I don't get my prescriptions there. I was also told they were not accepting new patients and they couldn't fill it. The pharmacy manager got on the phone and said they were waiting for a prior authorization for the medication for someone else and I asked if it's a first come first serve situation, then I should be able to get the medicine because I don't need a prior authorization. He then told me to call somewhere else for it and...
Read moreWhile I was in the Lufkin area today, I ran into the Lufkin Sam’s to find an item that’s sold out in the Houston area. I was immediately greeted by some managers (I assume). I asked if they had the item in stock. They did, and I bought it. That’s worth 5 stars alone; BUT the employees were SO nice! The man who helped me (mid age, black, roundish, bald man) was the nicest!!!! The man who got me a flat cart, the cashier girl, the other manager (Nick, bc the man who helped me kept calling him by name) - everyone!!!! Why can’t all the Sam’s be as helpful and friendly!!! THE MAN helped me all the way to my car, and loaded it up. He refused to take my money (let me tip him) for all his help - but said if I liked their service, I could leave a review. I wish all shopping experiences were even half as good!...
