I have been coming here for emergency supplies for a couple of years now and the little manager guy STILL treats me like a new vaper. Dude. Seriously? It’s that kind of pretentious bs that is killing brick and mortar stores. And it’s not just him, it’s all the employees. I don’t normally play this card, but you stopped knowing more than I did the day I purchased my first rda. That was well over a year ago. But literally EVERY time I come in here, they act like I’m buying this stuff for the first time. I’ve put up with it for far too long. I’ll make sure order my stuff online in proper advance from now on so I don’t have to give them money ever again.
The only thing this place is good for is emergency purchases (like last minute juice or coils or wire. If they even have what you needed), which of course you will take a hit on since the same juice is so much cheaper online, and for new vapers. But that being said, they’ll suggest a Smok product like every other B&M, so honestly just purchase online after researching and learning from ppl on reddit. You’ll learn way more than they can teach you.
Edit in response to owner reply: For the record, I’m not talking about safety. OBVIOUSLY I would prefer a store explain all precautions. I’m talking about things like, for example, when I’ve been coming for two years and complain about an older model coil and how it burns up quicker than the newer ones DO NOT IMPLY that I don’t know how to prime a damn coil. Or invalidating my juice choices when I have had PLENTY of experience with using them and do not need you telling me whether or not it will work out. I already know it will, and resent being treated like I don’t know what I’m talking about.
Instead of immediately using the first defense for yourself despite my statements having NOTHING to do with what you are defending, maybe stop for a moment and consider that you and your employees may be acting more pretentious than you realize and should look into NOT running off long...
Read moreMy regular vape shop was closed due to weather, so I called this shop to see if they were open and carried my vape. They do, yay! Right? Not quite. They refused to tell me the price over the phone, they just kept saying "we have the vape and we have good prices" I even said "we have been driving around and it would suck to drive all the way to you and the price is higher" they repeat "we have very good prices" so we had to drive all the way to this shop just to walk in and find out that they charge $10more than I'm used to. I know thats not that big of a price difference considering and had they told me over the phone, they probably would have got my buisness. It irritated me but reminded me why I love my regular shop and the workers there. I will just go without my vape 'till I get off work and go see my people and spend my extra $10 on a treat for myself there, too.
*I told them over the phone that my husband would be upset if he drove all the way over there and the price was higher and was told "we have good prices" multiple times. They could have told me the price or offered to price match over the phone to make our trip worth it. Read moreThis store has been great for years, but here recently I have been given the wrong juice atleast 6 times in a row. I've been given the freeze version and have to make a second trip to the store. The location is inconvenient for me so having to turn around in a matter of hours or the next day to get the correct juice is irritating. I just drove all the way back up there and they were closed. That's my fault, I should've checked what time they close with it being Sunday, but I am FUMING. I trust that they know what they are doing and have been let down so many times. The packaging is so similar that I don't realize it's the wrong juice until I have opened it and filled up my vape. Double check your stuff before leaving, if this happens again I am going to go elsewhere. Accidents happen, but atleast 6 times in a row? Not worth my time and money.
UPDATE: they would not fix their mistake. The Vapor Room had my juice and didn't give me the wrong one when I asked for juice head in peach pear. They have my business from now on.
