Very nice, brand new and spacious Starbucks location. Lots of seating room and a centralized, comfy couch that will hold ten people easily! The presence of this modern, sharp looking coffee spot really dresses up an area of Lufkin that desperately needed a face-lift. So glad this new construction took place. I ordered a heavy cream frappuccino and it was ready in about 4 minutes! Service was friendly and excited to help.

I’m not one to really write reviews, especially for common stores like a Starbucks, But this morning I stopped before my hair appointment and I was shocked! The service was AMAZING! The staff were extremely friendly, very kind and helpful! The energy was just amazing from the start! It really gave me a good boost for my day!

Raspberry Cream Cold Brew. I dont like iced coffees but decided to try it because I thought the raspberry would make it sweeter. Not a fan. Maybe I should ask for more syrup, idk, still not a fan of iced coffee I guess. The drink was pretty and matched my Girl baby shower outfit.

Terrible customer service! Took my daughter here to spend a gift card she got for her birthday. We went in, no line when we got there and she ordered a simple "grande" pink lemonade. The lady that took our order acted like we were an inconvenience. After 13 minutes waiting and watching 6 customers come in after is and get there drinks and leave, we realized the must have forgotten her order, so we politely asked if they forgotten us, she said no they were just really busy(which they weren't) and she REPRINTED the order and put it at the end of the line.....3 more minutes go by and she finally asks the guy to work on my daughter's lemonade, he pours the lemonade and gives it to her. Not a single apology the entire time from anyone after wasting nearly 20 minutes of our time. And don't get me started on the "grande" size lemonade for over $5 which is about the size of a water cup at taco bell! This place is terrible, but the silver lining is my daughter was able to see what this company is all about and now doesn't ever want to go back... Even to spend the remainder of her gift card! Nice...

First, I want to say HOW AWESOME it is to have a Starbucks (on Timberland Dr) so conveniently close to my address!!! Secondly, I want to boast about the customer service! EVERY barista I’ve encountered so far have been extremely nice and friendly! They’re a delight to talk to, they promote different drinks and foods on the menu in a way that any person would easily be persuaded to try! Ranging from 5AM service to 15 minutes until close, they’re still very polite and patient! And lastly, the drinks made there have been TOP TIER!!! 100/10!!! The best compared to the other Starbucks location… in my opinion of course. I have not been to the other Starbucks since it’s opening. Even if the line is wrapped around the building because of the service alone, I don’t...

We normally order in the app and go through the drive thru, yesterday we decided to go inside. The sign on the outside says some about making a place where everyone feels welcome(something to that effect). This is not at all how we felt when we walked in. There were two baristas behind the counter and at no time did they greet us or say anything to us. We stood there about 4 minutes before a girl came out of the back and took our order. There was no, sorry for the wait, no interaction, just what can I get you. I work retail and a hello and we'll be right with you goes a long way. It was about 4:30 ish.
