Update. Been eating here MANY years since they opened. The same as others in the community. The community built this place. Unfortunately they don't appreciate the community cause if they did they wouldn't be charging an arm and leg. I know prices of things have increased. But man. Today I got what was supposed to be a large steak bowl and a fountain drink. TWENTY DOLLARS!!!! AND THE "LARGE" BOWL IS actually what use to be a small bowl. That's just ridiculous. I get hibachi chicken here quite a bit. I love it! My grandchildren would eat it every day for every meal if they could! The staff is great at this location! They really make sure that you get everything you're going to need. The food is great! Very flavorful and fresh! Today I had my husband run to the Miyabi in Leland because he works out there. I spent almost $100. The staff is very nice. The food, though....Not all Miyabi's are the same. The food was blah...chicken was dry, but not browned. The rice was mushy with not much flavor. I'll definitely be driving to Lumberton every time...

I travel to Lumberton for work, and eat here most times I visit. I almost always order the same thing—filet and shrimp hibachi with all the vegetables (which means zucchini, onions, and mushrooms). I get my filet medium rare and it’s cooked nicely, but I see many people’s criticism of dry meat when you get it more done. I will say the shrimp is less flavorful, but still good. I appreciate that it’s relatively quick, they give you a LOT of the sauce, and they’re polite and efficient. I tried the eggrolls once and haven’t ordered again as they weren’t special/great. A solid choice...
