Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lumberton

I don’t usually leave reviews especially not bad ones. I always feel like everybody has a bad day sometimes. I was traveling staying at a motel in Lumberton on Christmas Eve. Thought I’d treat myself to a marinara pasta and chicken wings from Domino’s. Ordered my food at 6o’clock it came as promised at 6:30 I felt generous it was Christmas Eve I gave the delivery woman seven dollars plus for a tip -she assured me The two sauces I asked for were in the bag- got ready to eat, sat down no sauce -I called they said they would bring them-35 minutes later I called back then got hung up on three times in a row. I finally got through and they assured me they would send the sauce-but were very particular about making sure that I knew that I owe them $.50 for each sauce. Really? Fast forward another 40 minutes -nobody. I called onceagain when I finally got through they assured me they were coming I don’t think that it’s too much to ask for the sauce that was promised me -I don’t like eating chicken wings without sauce I spent over $27 on this dinner that’s stone cold-additionally I don’t think I should have to wait the same amount of time as if I ordered my food all over again they are just down the street. In real time I’m still waiting for the sauce. They need to hire more people if that’s the problem, Ive waited for two hours- so I guess I will. Eat my cold food after spending over $25. The worse customer service ever. Friend ordered a thin crust and wings, got the pizza in very short time, it was still cold and wings look as if the bbq sauce was drizzled not tossed. They called back to complain and see if maybe they could get accommodations, however, the guy on the phone was so rude and said, that they could send some more bbq sauce but would not bring another order of wings. Wow. When friend called to just get their money back and send wings back, the employee must have blew up and said no refund will be issued, and no further accommodations. This isn’t a clothing store, it’s a restaurant, and messing with peoples food and money is not ok. I wish there was negative stars on here!! I have never had a bad experience with Domino's until I ordered here!! I called and ordered the guy that answered didn't ask if it was a hotel or house or apartment. He just hung up, didn't get my phone or anything!! I called back and I was on hold for over 10 minutes! Not even during luchtime!! I forgot to order ranch and cheese, so I called back and asked had the driver left. The same guy answered and "oh okay" and hung up!
