I ordered a Big Breakfast with hotcakes and an ice caramel coffee. The ticket number was 1320. I got to the window and had to pull to a numbered spot because someone messed up, I’m guessing. I had been pleasant. I waited and she brought the food and was walking back. I thanked her and I can’t even say that she said you’re welcome. I said, “Oh, My drink.” She acknowledged without words and went back in. I know I’m not drinking it, not now, when it appeared that I pissed her off. She didn’t say thank you when she brought it to My car. I put it down and checked My breakfast. Wet. I don’t mean, steam wet, I mean wet. The hotcakes, eggs and sausage. If I done or said something, it would be on camera. I don’t want anyone messing with food I’ve got to eat, so no, I treat everyone with respect and she probably didn’t do anything to the food but it’s the perception of her actions from the start and I don’t know why. Just a bad day, not feeling well or someone might have said something out of the way to her. I don’t know. It was just a little lost time. Don’t care about the few dollars. The breakfast would have been better, but it wasn’t in the cards this morning. Have a good day.
I don’t have anything good to say at the moment because of what happened. I marked take out because there was no...
Read moreIf you visit them in the morning it's really hit-or-miss. Sometimes you get there in the morning and they've got long long lines and other times you show up and there's nobody there. They're generally pretty good about getting my order right and I haven't had them make a mistake in quite some time. They're pretty open to accommodating most requests as long as it's reasonable, and unlike some other franchise locations, they aren't all that stingy with the sauce cups to where you have to pay extra for more sauce if you want it. If I'm in a rush in the morning to buy coffee here is usually better than buying coffee at say, a Burger King, because at McDonald's they usually mix in your creamers and sugars for you whereas at a Burger King they simply throw it in the bag and then you have to pull over and do it all yourself. .. increasing the risk of spilling it in your car and then forcing you to find a place to get rid of all the trash leftover (used stirrers, empty sugar packets and half and half cups...) Just be careful when you get ready to pull out of their driveway and into the street though, due to a shrubbery on the left side that kind of obstructs the view of incoming vehicles it can be tough to get back on the road if you're not...
Read moreIt is currently 22:56 We were in the drive through at 22:40 give or take a few minutes. Hours posted online and outside the store say the store closes at 23:00 I tried to order food for me my wife and two kids usually a $20-30 order. The night shift employees thought it was funny and laughed about me being frustrated that they closed early . One employee stated it was because of the curfew. The manager stated it was because they were short staffed. Regardless of the reason customers shouldnt be misinformed of closure time because we could have went somewhere else to eat and not wasted our time and gas driving to this location. The manager larenda or amanda whatever her name is has a very nasty attitude didnt have any respect for customers and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience acted like she didnt care . Ive been to a few locations owned by rust enterprise and any problem ive had in the past mr kenneth made sure to correct the issue because he cares about his customers. I just wish he would have been the customer tonight. Im very dissatisfied and hope you correct the way sub par employees are running...
