This place is a complete joke as is the one on Roberts Ave. the Mexican girl at the first window opened the window said âyou got a mobile order?â I told her yes and my name. She then told me âyou can go on upâ and motioned me up like I was an inconvenience to her, then slammed the window in my face after I asked her could I please get my receipt (something I do every time I order something) she then waved at me instead of opening the window - turned and ignored me. I watched the girl At the second window (a tiny kid) hand my drink & bag to the person in front of me and I watched him hand it back to her. I got to the second window & she was rude as well, she told me to pull up for 1 drink and 2 pies that letâs face it.. at 8pm has been sitting there since earlier this afternoon they didnât have to cook them. I pulled to the 3rd window as requested and some Indian woman brought my drink with no straw & no pies then acted like she had a problem with me asking for my pies. She walks away hollering at the second window about my pies. Minutes later the kid from the 2nd window comes to the 3rd window laughing & asks âwhat you needâ? I told her my pies and a straw, she laughs again & walks away. Then they send a way nicer Indian girl to bring my pies, she gave me a straw and kept apologizing about how they were acting. the story I heard during each rude excuse was; receipt paper is out, âwe donât do receiptsâ, âI think itâs messed upâ, âpull up to 4th spot Iâll bring it outâ (never did). I get being desperate for employees but according to the reviews Iâm not the only one who experienced rude cashiers. Shouldnât be so desperate that you hire any body thatâll clock in.all together I waited 20mins for a drink, and 2 pies that was...
Read more3 stars due to an issue with placing and getting our order but 5 stars for them correcting the issue.
We were out running errands in Lumberton today and we stopped by around 1040 and placed a order for a couple chicken deluxe sandwiches and a McDouble. Well once at the window the lady tells us to pull up , didn't actually specify where. After waiting like 15 mins for our order we go inside to ask about it. I believe a guest service rep tells us they were looking for us yet no one came to the car ? đ¤Śđťââď¸
Anywho I just said okay it's no issue we just like to get our food and be on our way.
Well I get the drinks and realize it's watery ... So I pour them out and remake them. The lady apologized and helped me. I told her it isn't a big issue it happens ...
I get to the car and hand the kiddo food then realize the fries are cold .. so I reluctantly head back inside to get the fresh fries.
Ultimately it was a simple miscommunication error since we didn't get our food as it was made . The lady was very nice and apologetic as was the crew trainer .
Just make sure if you're getting pulled up for an order that they have your food lol or they can find you cos I wasted about 20 mins when I could have went somewhere else and paid a bit more for lunch. .
Again it was a big miscommunication issue which could've been avoided but the issue was corrected and we got our food.
Next time I'll most likely order inside just to be on...
Read moreOn the way home from Raleigh NC, stopped in the area for gas and food. With it being after midnight there weren't other options to eat. Purchased a Large McChicken meal and large Big Mac meal totalling 14.73. All of the food was placed in one bag so we pulled over into a parking space to separate the meals and take a few bites before getting on 95 for another 2 hours. Less than 2 minutes after pulling into a park, a Lumberton police pulled up next to our vehicle (Black Hyundai Sonata). He asked if we knew a gentleman on the side of the building, which we replied no. We were told that McDonald's requested for us to leave their premises because they were closed, which they were not.The shift supervisor called the local authorities because a homeless man lied and said that we were following him. We are NOT from this area and would NEVER follow anyone. The gentleman was walking across Wendy's parking lot when we pulled in and after being told we couldn't be serviced we opted for McDonald's (first choice was BK but they were closed to). We were racially profiled for no reason other than a lie. Shift Supervisor Jeremiah Jacob's who called Officer Brian Hodges with the Lumberton Police department and completely blindsided us!!! Burger King was the first option and was closes. Wendy's ws next but they said the...
