Tokyo's Express — Restaurant in Lumberton

First restaurant I have visited that charged for water. Got steak, chicken and shrimp. Shrimp was ok. Steak was tough. Chicken was overdone and dry. The two pieces of broccoli and the few pieces of onion were over cooked and limp. Steak and chicken were bland. Restaurant was dusty. No paper of any kind in the rest rooms. No soap in either restroom. Don't know how the employees washed there hands. We used disinfectant we had with us. When I inquired about the lack of soap and towels in the restrooms. The only explanation was the towel dispenser doesn't work. No explanation for no soap, and did not do anything to correct the problem. When we left there was still no towels or soap in the restrooms.The food made my wife and I sick before...

DISAPPOINTMENT!! TERIYAKI CHICKEN BOWL & STEAK BOWL IS WHAT I ORDERED NOT THINKING ID BE SERVED OLD FOOD THAT HAD BEEN SITTING PROPERLY FOR HOURS! VERY DISGUSTING FOOD! THEN WHEN I TAKE IT BACK FOR REFUND THEY GAVE ME REFUND FOR ONE BOWL (OF COURSE THE CHICKEN BOWL CAUSE IT WAS THE CHEAPEST) SAID I COULDN'T GET REFUND FOR STEAK BECAUSE TOO MUCH OF STEAK WAS GONE FROM TOP OF BOWL! STEAK BOWL WAS 12+ SOME TAX! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER JAPANESE RESTAURANT IN TOWN BEFORE EVER VISITING THIS PLACE, THEIR FOOD IS MUCH BETTER AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED OR WORRIED ABOUT BEING SERVED OLD...

My old highschool bestfriend and her family own this restaurant, ive always loved it since they opened about 10years ago. the food is OMG "Amazing" the employees are nice and place is clean from eyes view. LOVE THIS PLACE........

it says SUNDAY HOURS...11AM-9PM...ive called like 20times...either they dont know how to answer a phone or they dumbys and got the hours wrong!!!!!...
