I love this Your Pie location. The food is always good and the staff, for the most part, are always friendly. There was one guy that was prepping our pies that didn't seem to care how he was putting the toppings on your pizza (even the sauce was placed and spread on the dough in a messy manner). He threw the toppings on the dough and rubbed his (gloved) hand over it to spread the topping, if that is what you want to call it. He also clumped a wad of sausage into one spot, in which the next person prepping had to place them out evenly on the pie. He worked as if he didn't like/love his job and didn't want to be there. He is my only complaint. Everyone else was super friendly and again, the food was so good!
UPDATE: 10/08/24 The staff was not welcoming. None of the employees greeted my family and me until after we had been standing in front of their faces for 5 minutes. The pizza was terrible and was not made with a care in this world. I had to keep telling one girl to please put more cheese on the pizza. My kids' pizzas were terrible with barely any cheese on them. It was super dark in there, and I asked for the light over our table to be cut on (in which the bulb was not working). After one employee turned it on, another employee asked her why she did that and caught an attitude about it. Will I return? HECK NO! It's sad to say, but they need to fire and rehire. These younger people have no work ethic, and they do not take pride...

Ordered around 12:50 on a Sunday, place was fairly empty, probably 6 ot 7 people total in there. They took our order and prepared our pizza there.
Was given a sign with our order number and went outside to wait for our food. Since we had sat down outside several new people had come and sat outside, all receiving their orders. Not once did the worker bringing them the food ask us about our order or give us an update, despite passing us every time since we were sitting near the door.
After waiting for over 30 minutes, I went inside to check on our order. Apparently, they had given the order to another person, and didn't think to remake our order and take it out. But, don't worry! There was a cold pizza sitting out that I'm assuming was meant for the person who received our order- they gave me that pizza! I asked about the other pizza that we had ordered and they told me it would be at least another ten minutes until that was out.
So, long story short, I got a cold pizza that had been collecting grease on top of the cheese, and then they put the other pizza I had ordered at the end of the queue. After ordering at 12:50, I finally received my second pizza around 1:35. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a "quick personal...
Read moreI am so disappointed in my visit to Your Pie Pizza I don't want to leave even 1 star. I ordered my pizza to go and when I got home to eat it the bottom was burnt. We had to pull as much bottom crust off to get it down. I have ordered pizza from Your Pie many times but NEVER has it been burnt like this. And no the place wasn't busy, I was actually the only customer in the place. The problem was the male and female working couldn't stop talking to watch my food. I noticed when the guy took the pizza out of the oven, he used tongues to lift up one side then they looked at me and the female cut the pizza, put it in a box let me go home with a burnt pizza. I even left a small tip and was treated poorly. The girl must have been new because she didn't know how to stretch the dough, so the male came over to try to show her and I thought they were going to act out the love scene from Ghost with the dough. He was all over her. She finally walked away and let him finish stretching the dough. I thought about reminding them about the motel beside the restaurant. And if I'd know my pizza would be burnt, I would have said more about their actions. So no, I don't want to leave any stars. But had to leave at least one star to post. ...
