Bojangles — Restaurant in North Carolina

Traveling to visit my parents and decided to get something we loved, and I say LOVED because this just sealed the deal for why I will no longer ever go to Bojangles again. Waited 20 min for 2 stupid Cajun chicken biscuit sandwiches. Which, are the most common thing ordered next to the BO rounds or whatever. So we ordered the rounds that had a "wait," and then ended up waiting even longer for our sandwiches. Never came, never came, 10 more people ordered and sat, still waiting. Guy gave us disgusting dessert pies for taking long, but still not our food. Really??? If I wanted that I would've ordered that. Finally the guy walks over and gives us 2 chicken SANDWICHES with mayo and tomato. No, dude... No . Still. I go up there now and say nope, still not it! How hard is it to put biscuits over some chicken, that's what we ordered! Everyone else is on my side at this point as another lady is waiting on the same damn thing. Horrible service, horrible, timing, I didn't even want to eat after that I was so upset. I'm always treated like this when I go anywhere, and especially at any Bojangles. Great place to have some comfort food in Lumberton. There were approximately 760 Bojangles locations in the United States as of September 2021. The chain is known for its great fried chicken, buttery biscuits, and a menu filled with Southern comfort food classics. Whether you're a fan of their famous Cajun-seasoned chicken or their hearty breakfast options, Bojangles offers a satisfying and flavorful dining experience. This particular location is on the south side of Fayetteville road right off I-95. It is a stand-alone building. There is a nice parking lot outside and they have a drive-through option for those visitors that want the convenience. Inside it has a good size seating area with booths around the sides and tables in the middle. You order at the counter and pick up your food when ready. Drinks are from a drink station next to the counter and include two different types of tea and soft drinks. On my recent visit, the inside was very clean, the staff was friendly, and their prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to my fellow travelers. Went to your Fayetteville Rd location in Lumberton North Carolina. We went there on a recommendation of a friend of ours. Let me tell you, The staff at this store me us feel very welcome. Very professional and Friendly. After explaining that we were new to your establishment. They explained all the different items that you offer. Even one of your customer jumped in to tell us all the great food that you serve. We had our meal and it was beyond our expectations. We were very pleased with the meal. We decided to take some care packages back home one for our friend that recommended you and one for our kids to try once we got home. The nice lady at the cash register says " Your gonna take some chicken back to Pennsylvania?" then proceeded to have the cooks make up a fresh batch of chicken. So we would have the best chance of it making it back to our home in Pa. I have to be honest you don't usually see this kind of customer attention in "fast food" restaurants.
