If I could leave, no stars, I would there were two ladies answering the phone. I found that out when I answered the phone the second time the first lady that I spoke with twice the first time I called to place my order while I’m placing my order, a person walks up and I guess they start paying or let’s just say she starts talking to someone else anyways Without telling me to hold on give me a second I’ll be right back anything she just completely goes into a full-blown conversation with them and just leave me on the phone talking. I called back to tell them I needed to change my order the same girl answers the phone and I say I need to change my wing order Once I’m finished saying that she doesn’t say hold on. She doesn’t say wait she doesn’t say I’ll be right back give me a minute she just completely ghost like I’m on the phone but she doesn’t come back to the phone. She doesn’t say she doesn’t do anything. I had to hang up and call back and then I got a different person because that person does not need to be answering the phone and I’m hoping they realize that as well I feel like if you don’t wanna work in customer service or you don’t wanna be at work The streets are always waiting for you and I hate to sound so hateful, but she was so rude and disrespectful with the way she handled her customer service and the people that are buying this expensive ass food. Their food is way too high to be getting low expectation in customer service When I spend my money, my hard earned money with a company I expect to be respected because within a blink of an eye if you stop getting our service if we stop spending our money with you, your business goes out of business just like that and it has happened to many companies so they need to teach or at least get people that won’t their monies worth that actually wanna work for their money that actually wanna be at work that actually respects their company values because that person and answer that phone did not Respect the values of that company and I’m hoping the values of that company is to be respectful that we treat others the way we want to be treated, and that our customers deserve to be respected if they’re spending their hard earned money with us for this high ass food that we’re selling if you don’t wanna do your job answering the phone, then baby, there’s nothing else left for you to do if that’s all you gotta do is answer the phone runner register take money smile be polite for a few minutes and then go on about your business because that’s what the customer does. I’m done with this please carry on, but I would like to include that the delivery driver was very nice. They should keep him matter fact maybe they should put him in customer service and put her in driving. I guarantee she’ll be nice when she walk up to someone’s house or she’ll get a rude awakening when she walks up to the wrong house with that nasty attitude, and you can believe that. Came here for the first time, friend was boasting how great their food is. They didn't allow dine-in at the moment, understanding, especially since Rona is still around. But we placed our order at the front desk, young lady that took our order seemed friendly. I ordered their Penned pasta with meat sauce and my friend ordered their fettuccine with chicken, and we both had extra garlic bread. We were told it would take 15 minutes for our order, so we waited in the car. 15 minutes later our food wasn't ready...so we waited a few more minutes. 45 minutes later we got our food. I open the pizza box our food was placed in, it was hot and fresh. Pasta was definitely not fresh made, from a box, sauce was bland and it was just topped with tons of mozarrella cheese. The garlic bread was okay, small slices but tasted just liked the ones Walmart or Food Lion sells. My friend's chicken fettuccine was great, she says, but what does she knows. She didn't realized that the chicken was not homemade, it wasn't fresh and breading wasn't crunchy. Okay, they gave us a lot of pasta..whoop-ti-do!!! But for the price I paid of almost $30+ it's not worth it. The sad thing is, you really can't find real authentic Italian food here in this part of town. But, Olive Garden seems better...

Ordered a cheesesteak with fries online and in the special instructions wrote no salt on fries. They called back asking what exactly I meant. Then proceeded to tell me the frozen fries already have salt on them. They tried to sub for chips or onion rings. I asked if the onion rings had salt they said yes. So I asked if I could replace it with chicken nuggets and pay extra she said no. She said I have given you choices for substitutions and you don’t want those, it’s your fault you can’t eat salt not ours. I then asked if she was the manager she said yes. I told her she must not like to accommodate paying customers. And told her to just refund my whole order. Very rude and unpleasant. I’ve eaten from the one in pembroke years ago. Never dealt with any place not wanting to accommodate customers that are willing to pay. I won’t bother going to either location again....
