Ok I know this is a tourist spot and you expect to be overcharged for lower quality food and portions which they did very well. Wanted a beer and was informed they were $10 but you keep the glass. Told the lady that I’m flying tomorrow and have no need for additional glasses. Didn’t matter beers are $10 with or without keeping glasses. Tried to buy an overpriced bottle of wine but they won’t allow it to be opened but are kind enough to sell you a $10 glass. Read moreStunning cafe. We visited while waiting for our tour in the Luray Caverns next door. I loved walking throughout the property at their beautifully preserved buildings. We stumbled upon their wine tasting just in time and enjoyed it with a group of people visiting from Germany. The mountain views and fresh, crisp air puts me in such a state of happiness (the wine helped). Truly a beautiful place. Maybe it was just the family ahead of us, but it took a good ten minutes just to pay for our wine tasting and we were only the second group in line.
