My husband wanted to add 2 pies to our order so he call the store to add it to the mobile order.... 26 min waiting on hold (twice been told to hold). We went to the store with the call on hold, when we arrived we notice the ring at the store reminding about the “call on hold” the manager “Brianna” and the other girl “Jacky” were in the kitchen talking about they’re day... Pass almost 3 min they say “HI” we said something about the call that we wanted to add more, the manager walk out to the back of the store and Jacky stay in the front not knowing what to do. We asked to talk with the manager but still more than 10 min waiting for her.... ((the call still on hold)) we left and finally they pick up the call on hold, we explained to Brianna the situation and the only thing she said was “everyone is ordering Domino’s the hold time is extreme today I cannot do nothing about it” we told her that at least an explanation at the store or when they said in the call “please wait” would be better under this situation. We as a customer service representatives, we understand that there’s some days that it cannot goes well during the shift but if you cannot handle the pressure and the stress there’s no way that a MANAGER act like that. Very disappointed about this store.

DON'T waste your time DONT ORDER FROM HERE. They will steal your money! It's been 10 days since I ordered 2 pizzas that I NEVER RECEIVED. •I ordered before the store closed •the pizza tracker said my order was being made •I recieved a confirmation email AND a receipt for my order •Pizza tracker immediately showed my order as delivered BUT NO PIZZAS. I hoped the managers would actually try to fix things but it seems like they don't care. One manager told me they closed the store early and went home so orders were being CANCELED. Which must've been a lie. Only because last time my order was canceled i recieved an email stating such within 30 minutes of PLACING THE ORDER. I've worked in fast food and am familiar with POS Systems but I've never heard of this. STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY without so much ad OFFERING COMPENSATION. You would think they would just offer to look into the database and send me the order or redeemable coupons. Instead you get the run around! My order was never canceled, delivery was never shut down that night, you guys are terrible and I'm calling and emailing...

Delivery driver can’t do nothing about it so we Called the store, spoke to Phillip who says he is the GM and all they can do is a credit as reordering now (7pm ) would have arrival 2 hours from now with no option for refund with us driving to the store and returning all product.
Online orders say’s 40 minutes. He couldn’t explain why there is 2 hrs wait to correct their mistake and why I can’t get a refund which I would gladly bring back the entire order for vs waiting 2 hours. While I’m making the complaint he is also having side conversations vs addressing my questions and concern. Completely unprofessional and if he is a GM, he should be acting and responding as one when he is receiving a complaint of a completely wrong order.
