I will only give this a one star because I can not give it zero stars. First, I normally go to the subway on florida ave and they are super great. I decided to go to this subway only because I was shopping and was already there. I do understand the lady was working alone but there was only two people including me in line, if she just couldn't handle even two people so maybe the job isn't for her. I asked for two subs, one double meat, and a personal pizza. It seemed as if she was super mad that I had multiple items and gave me a stink eye look. Not to mention she had someone standing by the register not an employee talking a lot so it was hard for her to pay attention to what I was saying I wanted. A fly went next to her, she kept waving her arms all over the place to get the fly away while talking badly in Spanish. The veggies were yucky looking so I was not able to get much of the veggies I love. After I was checking out I had a coupon. It was supposed to be 2 whole subs for $12. I know how coupons work because I go to the Florida ave subway a lot. She was supposed to charge me the $12, a bit more for double meat, and the price of the pizza. She way over charged me and proceeded to be rude when I said domething to her about it. I've used the same coupon with the exact order at the fl ave store and have never paid what she charged me. I still gave her a tip because I'm a nice person but as I walked away I told her she should clean up and change the veggies and learn how to talk to people while she's at it. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN OVER ONE BAD EXPERIENCE. the manager needs to retrain employees and possibly fire the bad ones because from all the reviews they don't look good and a lot of people had bad...

I ordered 2 steak & cheese (untoasted) subs, 1 with extra meat & BBQ sauce, and the other with multiple toppings. Both were ice cold the meat was not heated at all (she said because I ordered them untoasted) no extra meat, a few toppings not there the main one being tomatoes, her response was there's a tomato shortage (this location is inside a walmart) I turn around and the 1st thing I see is not 1 but 2 huge bins of you guessed it tomatoes. Read moreI am a caregiver and took my client to buy a sandwich.The woman that worked there today,was very rude,not understanding English and taking out her frustrations on my client.She was raising her voice and refused to heat up her sandwich.My client has epilepsy and just had surgery on her throat and chest so she did talk slow but clear.I really hope after I spoke with her she will treat others better.I understand she might be the only one there,but to please be kind and not hateful.My client was not in anyway rude,she’s 26 and a mellow person.We were at subway between 11am-12pm.I didn’t get to order a sandwich due to having to speak to the csr about lashing out at my client and will not use that subway again.Thank you for reading this and I hope the lady has better days and maybe some help instead of being by herself which makes it...
