McDonald's — Restaurant in Luzerne

Bro I am writing this review because this is happened now about five times I get they have a one time for their window but they throw the food together time I got steak egg and cheese bagel without the steak I just ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and their sauce on the outside of my bagels for prices rising and what we have to pay for this food whoever is putting the food together at this location needs to be retrained I will no longer be spending my money at this location and moving onto a different one will really Wendy’s because Wendy’s now gives you lots of protein meat for around the same price and has deals I highly suggest people go try out Wendy’s breakfast as they have great deals double the meat for the same price or lower don’t waste your money to this location as price are never fresh price are never filled up properly in the cups and it’s just as all whoever is cooking is need to be retrained it’s this is multiple times and I’m not spending my heart on money somewhere where they just throw my food and don’t really care about anybody so I’ve complained enough times nothing has changed I will no longer ever be spending a penny at this McDonald’s I gave you a...

By no means am I McDonald’s fan, or a frequent visitor, but in a pinch I had no choice but to stop for a quick meal after work. After driving through the drive-thu and ordering I Checked the the food to make sure it was correct, and well... it wasn’t. I proceeded to go through the drive-thru again and ask for my meal to be replaced with the correct items. The worker seemed like a nice young man and tell me he needed to get his manager. After speaking with the very rude and negative manager deb, I left with the incorrect meal and in a bad mood. I strongly suggest that if you come to this establishment, that you try your hardest to stay away from the manager Deb. Feel like ever since Jack left and Mary got transferred my coffee has been going downhill I mean if I order extra pickle on a burger and you know you don't put a lot of pickle on there I could probably believe that there was extra pickle but I totally know when there's no sugar in my coffee. Coffee to me is one of the most important beginnings of my day and I cherish every sip of McDonald's coffee because I love their coffee and it's just it's kind of irritates me when they don't put 12 sugars in my coffee so I might have to consider finding a new place that can put sugar in coffee because you know I really don't carry sugar on me in my purse so yeah that's why I conveniently like to order it when I'm out so if they can't hold up their end of the deal then I'm going to have to find a new coffee dealer .
