So my girlfriend orders a takeout from them through the app I go and pick it up and to add the person that was taken our order didn't ask for the name to pick up so I go there I try to pick it up and this is like the second time they assume that I'm trying to pick up a order that's not mine both times I show my screenshot of the confirmation number and it's like they keep making excuses like it was my fault and didn't take accountability why it took five people to understand that it was my order I was picking up for my girlfriend that ordered it through the app just very inconvenient and unprofessional clueless like deers in headlights when it's on brown man picking up an order I literally had a hand in my phone and they were looking all through it to see if it was legit the screenshot like maybe your third party should do their job right and ask for the name and when you see the confirmation number that should be enough proof...

Had the displeasure of meeting one of the managers a woman named Delani. I went there for food once and then for a job. Delani one of the managers strung me along promising to send paperwork for a week and never did. I called to voice my concerns and when confronted she just said they were doing a lot of hiring and she couldn’t find things in her email? She tells me it will “probably be another week”, and when I protest she goes “I think we should go a different way” and I agreed because I could not imagine working with someone who is clearly so disorganized and dishonest. Why is it so difficult to get butter and sour cream with a baked potato? Despite selecting the options, my order consistently arrives without them. To make matters worse, no one ever answers the phone when I try to call. It's incredibly frustrating.

This shouldn't be a complicated request—asking for butter and sour cream with a potato is like asking for ketchup with fries, syrup with pancakes, or BBQ sauce with chicken nuggets. It’s a standard pairing and should be included by default or at least reliably provided when requested.

Can someone from McAlister’s please clarify the process for ensuring these basic condiments are included? I just want to enjoy my potato the way it’s meant...
