Bedford location closed and at the request of my kids I've tried ordering from this location twice in the past two months. Both times were epically terrible. The first time I ordered cheese bread and it didn't look anything like the normal Italian cheese bread. It not only looked terrible but there were what appeared to be scattered hairs. Hairs that didn't look accidental or even from the top half of a body. I immediately brought it back inside and they apologized and grabbed another box. The employee looked at it and said they'd make a new one. My guess is the second box looked similar to the box I got. I was literally gagging and had I not had an empty stomach my guess is I would've emptied it there on the floor. The employee checked with the general manager in the back and said she could offer me a free pizza but no drink. I said I wasn't interested in any pizza. Then it took about 10 minutes to make another cheese bread. If I'd known how long I'd be standing there I'd have scrapped the order.
The second time i reluctantly ordered pizzas at the special request of my kid and the online estimate time was 30 minutes off. My mom showed up when it was estimated to be done (I ordered basic pizzas- cheese and pepperoni). It was 4 pm on a Friday night. My kids were wet from swimming and very hungry and I'd ordered ahead to not have to wait. Without knowing my first experience my mom called to tell me this may be the worst little Caesars ever and that theyd be late.
This place is a mess. There's not even a cost benefit to ordering here. My orders from dominos are about the exact same. My kids will be sad but I'll never order...
Read moreOh man but do I have fond memories of Little Ceasars. Seeing the commercials with the Pizza Pizza! And those times that my mom would get LCs for the family. The pizza is cheap but for some reason I LOVED their recipe. Still do. But the LCs on Wards Rd is trash. You never know what you are going to get when you go to that store. Out of 10 visits I would say 1 visit had good service, or good food, or an accurate order, but NEVER all three. I miss the days when people actually cared about their product. When customers were lifeblood instead of just a number on a spreadsheet. I miss when people cared about people and actually cared about their jobs. And I REALLY miss when employers were intelligent enough to retain their employees by keeping them happy at work (Decent pay, time off, benefits - The stuff that food workers don't get even though they are in one of the harshes and most toxic work environments) so that they would actually care about the work they do and the company they work for. But LCs does not care about thier employees. They do not care about their customers. And the fact that for the past 10 years I have put in so many complaints on this one store that I can't even count them, but nothing has ever changed. Honestly after the overcooked, and dry carboard excuse for pizzas (we ordered 6 for a family event, plus crazy bread and cheesy break) I don't think I will ever give them my business again. A customer of over 30 years and I am about to walk away from one of my favorite chains because the owner of the franchise doesn't not care enough about their business to police...
Read moreMy family and I ordered pizza at Caesars pizza tonight in Lynchburg Virginia. I believe there’s only one here in the town.. when I called to place an order, my first question was do they take Apple Pay and they told me yes. So we proceeded to order a very large number of pizzas and chicken wings. However, when we got there to pick up our order, they refuse to take Apple Pay, and they refused to do anything else such as get my credit card number from a family member over the phone or anything else-they were totally unwilling to assist us and they were extremely rude. We asked to speak with a manager (because one of her employees said they accept Apple Pay, and we drove quite a distance), and she was just as rude as her employees. I understand if they had no means of accepting Apple Pay or anything else, but what I do not understand is her total lack of Customer Service and her rudeness. We would’ve gladly went to an ATM if she would have just dealt with the situation properly. She has to be one of the worst managers I have ever seen run a fast food restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and after being treated so rudely, I will never go back there. And I will highly suggest to anyone I know not to go to this Caesars pizza . At least not until there’s a change of management. I can’t help but ask myself how do these people get hired in a management position when they do not even know a clue about...
