Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lynchburg

My order was two hours late, cold, and covered in bugs sitting on my porch for god knows how long because I wasn't notified of the delivery. I called the store and spoke to someone there about it and they were very rude. They hung up on me when I explained that my order had arrived and I was not notified WHEN it arrived.

I checked my front door just to see if it had been delivered, and it was sitting on the ground outside my door, cold and completely covered in ants. I had to toss both boxes (I ordered two pizzas), and I had to clean my apartment at 2am because the boxes had tracked ants inside. I called multiple times in the two hours that it took since ordering my pizzas around 11:30pm to ask for updates on the delivery the drive is not far from my place to the restaurant. I had just gotten off work at 11pm and wanted to eat and have something to take for lunch the next day, but I’m not only hungry, but I am very angry with the service provided and the rudeness of the manager in charge tonight.

I was told over the phone that I had requested "leave at the door" so that's why they didn't knock to let me know it had been delivered. I was then told it was my fault, and to call corporate for a refund in the morning.

The untouched, ant-covered, pizzas now sit in a sealed garbage bag in my kitchen to take out tomorrow morning. I could have been in bed and asleep two hours ago. I hope no one else has to go...

I don't typically complain or ever write negative reviews, but this store needs help or something. The times I've attempted to order/ have ordered from them have not been pleasant. The first time I ordered there was a glitch in their system and my money was taken from my account, but my order was not showing up on their computers. When I called to attempt to fix the problem, I got absolutely nowhere. That included being on hold for 10 minutes, having the call dropped, and then calling back only to find out the manager was still unavailable and in the bathroom according to the employee I spoke with. The second time I ordered, my food came pretty late. And last but not least, the third (and probably final time I'll ever order) was when I ordered a pasta bowl. I received some sort of pasta bread bowl concoction that didn't even have the toppings I asked for on it. Not to mention I waited 20 minutes for the order to come and I live maybe 5 minutes from the store. When I finally received my correct pasta bowl over an hour after I originally placed my order, the driver informed me that this was the THIRD attempt at my order and that they had tried to remake my order with yet another bread bowl.

Again, I don't ever complain about food service, as I know how hard it can be. But y'all please for the love of all things holy, get your...

Ordered my food online, and it took over an hour to get to my job. I work right down the street. Called to ask where my food was and was told to replace the order. It charged me twice. I called back and was told to come to the store and my food would be made in front of me. 2 minutes after I got to the store my coworker texts me saying that it just showed up. They tell me they will cancel the second order and that next time I order it will be free. The driver assured me that the food was fresh. When I return to my job and look at the food it was not fresh. My order had been made an hour ago and was sitting underneath the heater the whole time. I use to work at domino's, I know what fresh food looks like. They should've gave me my money back. The store is full of idiots. I wish I could give them zero stars. I'll order from pizza hut from here on...
