This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve even come across. And it sucks because it’s the closest one to my house. The only time they have somewhat of a decent service is during first shift. After that, you can forget about it. I have had issue after issue when I go through the drive thru. This time I am finally taking the time to write out a complaint, not that it will change a single thing because this establishment could care less and it very much shows. I have received wrong items, missing items, items not made with special requests I ask for, no sauces in the bag, etc etc. I’ve gone through on more than one occasion and ordered and sausage egg McMuffin and they put a folded egg on it, not round. One time I caught it and they told me they were out…. My response back was “why wouldn’t you just tell me that so I could make the decision if I still wanted the sandwich MYSELF?? Not just replace it without me knowing” and they don’t care… today I go through and ask them at the window when I get my bag “are my sauces in here?” The guy said “yes” confidently. I ask again “are you sure” because I didn’t want to waste their time digging through the bag to check myself. He again said “yeah they’re in there”. Guess what happens when I got home? Not a single sauce was in the bag and I ordered 2 different types of sauces… idk why I even continue to go to this McDonald’s. This honestly will be the last time I give them any money. I’d rather drive further away to a McDonald’s that at least ACTS like they care about their job, even just a little. Also, their phone is left either uncharged or turned off on purpose. I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to call. I’ve tried at all hours of the day and it is always constantly a busy line… that’s them trying to be smart so they don’t have to hear anyone call them out for their insanely...
Read moreI took my kids in to get the Minion happy meals today (7/10/24), and walked into one of the female cashiers talking to one of her friends/family, and they were cursing and joking with each other. We proceeded to walk to the Kiosk and place our order. After placing the order, my kids and I sat down at a table on the far end of the restaurant, to get away from the noise. The cashier’s friends/family left, then the employee went to the back and started talking with the staff in the kitchen. For the next 15 minutes, a flurry of derogatory slurs, curse words, and unnecessary jokes erupted from the back and into the restaurant. After watching three customers walk out, as opposed to ordering, I walked up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. One of the employees engaged in the chatter, started he was the manager. I told him that the yelling, repeatedly saying the n-word, and cursing in a place of business is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. We as a people need to do better. I walked back to my booth, and proceeded to finish my dinner. As soon as I walked away, the employees started bad-mouthing me and continued to curse even louder.
I am absolutely disgusted in this type of behavior. I understand that the expectation is low for those working at McDonald’s, and that most of these young employees don’t care, but the fact that they continued the poor behavior after being confronted, is just pitiful.

Read moreI just wanted to let someone in management know how dissatisfied I am with this location. Tonight I went through the drive through and asked for a 20 piece chick nugget. The guy who took my order was very rude in telling me that I could only get 10. Then was rude when giving me my card back while paying. I also waited around 15 minutes for my food. Last night I went there at approximately 10 PM, and order a artisan chicken sandwich (plain). The cook and the back started complaining to the cashier about having to make my order and then was very disrespectful with me when I told him that it was for my girlfriend who had just suffered a seizure. ( My sandwich also was given to me with everything on it). I have been a loyal customer to this store for many years and Ive never seen any employee act this way. Ive also been in the food industry for 4 years and understand how every employee has a bad night but this is the second night now..
