Literally the absolute worst experience ever! Went into subway before going to work to get food. Before I went, I took a look to ensure I had enough time to order and make it to work on time. Only one lady in line, and she was paying for her food to go. This was 620 something. The store manager “Jay Wells” was fixing an online order and the person at the register was new. 12 minutes later (for whatever reason) I’m ready to have my order taken. The new person is asking Jay “The Store Manager” questions and you can tell he’s obviously not great at training as his facial expression and tone is a pissed off one. But I’m pissed off too because the trainee doesn’t know much. Long story short, she burned my sub leaving it in too long. I only order a 6 inch and a salad. He remakes my sub but doesn’t even put the amount of onions I wanted. Normally, when you put dressing on a salad, it’s obviously a little bit more than a cup. But because I have to work and won’t eat it until later, I wanted my salad dressing and a small cup. She proceeds to give me one cup and I asked if I could have two for this large salad. The manager says we only give one. One obviously More salad dressing has poured on Versus when you’re given A cup. I left out 21 minutes later and he rang someone up in front of me when I was ready to pay and leave. If I ever go back to that store, which I doubt, and he’s there, I’ll take my money elsewhere! Read morePicked up an order for myself and employees and the cookies that one of the employees ordered was hard and tasted funny. Employee called and spoke with a subway employee (Josh)about the situation with the cookies and he stated there was nothing they could do about it because we couldn't bring the cookies back. He was informed this was a pick up for our lunch on our lunch break so there is no way for us to bring it back if we are unsatisfied . Based on great customer service I think that the Subway employee should've gave a credit or took the name down for the customer that was unsatisfied with the cookies. So the subway employee was informed that our employees will start going to another subway and he said ok and ended the call. Our employee always go to the Subway on Old forest rd Lynchburg Va . it's right down the street from our work location. They are really good there. We just had a bad experience today. Just putting this out there so it can be stopped and it won't happen again . Other than that Subway is Great and we love the food...
Read moreI order a salad online from this place every week, and every week it does not have all the items in it. This week it was missing the cucumbers, cheese, and croutons. When I picked it up last week 40 minutes after I placed order, it had not even been made when I arrived. The lady who works Tuesdays is incredibly rude too!
