Had a horrible experience here while door dashing. I asked the cooks tonight how long were they going to take with the two orders I had to pick up so I could know if I needed to unassign the order or not while also letting my customers know my eta. I was given the response by one lady with short twists in her hair that “they were going to take however long they needed” with much attitude while the other older lady with longer dreadlock twist style hair stared at me menacingly. I responded no rush I just want to let my customer know the eta and determine if I should wait. I thought everything was ok until Another girl who was much younger but very sweet told me my order was coming up and I responded with thanks I still have the other order once you’re done and the older lady with the longer dreadlock style hair who stared at me menacingly responded very angrily “Have you ever worked in fast food “ ? I told her no and I didn’t know why she was so angry. She said why would you ask how long the order would take don’t you see we’re making it ? I responded to her letting her know I wasn’t trying to rush but I need to so I can let my customers know. She said can’t you see we’re making it. From there she aggressively bagged my food and told me I needed to hurry up and leave so I could make my money. Whoever the manager or supervisor is at this location or better yet corporate need to pull back the cameras and see how they are treating people. I will NEVER eat from there again and my advise to the ladies is if you can’t handle the heat stay out of the kitchen. No one is making you work at Subway and if it’s too stressful I’m sure you could find another job. You don’t know what people are going through and being disrespectful in this day and age can also be dangerous. You don’t know what level people are willing to take perceived disrespect too. Stop letting the devil use you to cause confusion and turmoil and remember God don’t like ugly. I wish you all the best and healing where ever you made. Until then I don’t recommend this location or establishment. My incident took place between 7:30-8p.m I believe as I had on a blue jacket if someone can check...
Read moreThere is 1 worker that is so sweet and outgoing. Makes jokes with customers. So so friendly. I went in Fri night…i think abt 30 minutes be4 closing. I hate doing that to hard working, under payed, under appreciated, “fast food” workers. I hate to think that they have to dirty up an area that they probably just cleaned in order to make my order. As he was making my order, 4 more people came in. He greeted them like old friends, berating them kindly for coming in so late when it was so close for him to go home. He made my sandwiches perfectly, as he does every time. I always tip Subway workers well. I mean they are literally 4 ft from me, making a meal for my sons and hubby so I don’t have to!! Lol. Just wanted to let it be known that this branch on memorial is very warm & welcoming. BTW..I’ve noticed that if he’s not with a customer, he’s sweeping up the store. He keeps it clean! I’ve asked his name a million times, but he’s a jokester, so i don’t which name is his actual one..LMAO. He is black, light skinned, has a perma-smile, and not all that tall. If you happen to visit during his shift…you will know just from a short conversation with him..that he’s the one i’m talking about! LOL..sorry for...
Read moreIt was not a good day. My trip to Subway was not to my liking. I ask the subway sandwich maker if the tuna was made today she said it was, but did not check the date on the container. I ask for a 6 inch tuna on wheat and ask again about the the tuna because I could see some dry pieces of tuna in the container. She pass the sandwich on to the clerk/sandwich maker a tall gentleman who appeared to have a sinus problem. (He had the sniffles as he put vegetables on my sandwich.)* Did not wash his hands after handling money and only put on plastic gloves.I took the sandwich home and began to unwrap it. The tuna sandwich smells funky, strong fish odor. Tossed in trash. I won't...
