Bordertown Mexican Grill Lynden Food Truck — Restaurant in Lynden

This is the GREATEST taco truck in Whatcom county, the best Mexican food truck! (Not exaggerating) Every location I have ever been to for Bordertown Mexican Grill has been amazing, I first found out about them when their Truck was located in Lynden, I ALWAYS get either the supreme burrito or the Taco Plate Asada, There is just something truly special about these tacos, the tortillas are cooked perfectly and not soggy, the carne asada is delicious and authentic, the Garnishes are just right, the burritos are juicy and authentic with fresh ingredients and they use Pinto Beans instead of refried which makes the burritos a million times better. The salsa is tasty, I always put some on my tacos or burrito, customer service is always top tier. I was heartbroken when the Lynden location closed down but I missed it so much that i began driving about 25-30 minutes to their Blaine location every other day, and got connected to that place too, with the same delicious food and breathtaking views of the Bay, awesome customer service! Blown away by how good it was. My friend and I just stopped by on a whim, just to grab a small bite. It just looked interesting but it really surprised us by how good and affordable it was!!!!

We split the burrito yet it was still so big and filling!! Great quality ingredients, great taste, and great sauces!! We got the lengua for meat/ protein option and it was soooo good!!!! So tender and flavorful!!!!

I would literally drive all the way just to have this again 😂 it was great. I’d give 6 out of 5 stars if I could 😂

Ordered 1 supreme burrito and 1 shrimp burrito out of their food truck in Blaine when we went to go watch the parade. But we missed the parade because they made me and my pregnant wife wait an hour and a half for extra greasy burritos. There were quite a few people who ordered their food after me and got their food in a timely manner. After an hour, I asked about our food and there were still 5 people ahead of us. Ours wasn't a complicated order and there were people who ordered after us who ordered more than us and got their food before we did.
