I visit Lynden frequently, but this is the first time I've eaten at this restaurant. It will not be the last! Me and my family were there just after they'd opened on a Wednesday morning, and were the only people at a table the whole time we were there. What is wrong with you, Lynden? This place is fantastic! It is clean and nice inside, the waitstaff is friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious!
I am (the only one in my family who is) a vegetarian, and I was happy to find several vegetarian items on the menu, including the dish I ordered --- Kung Pao Tofu --- which is one of three fried tofu dishes on offer. The food is not super salty, or amazingly flavorful, but that is a result of not using MSG, which I fully support! I look forward to...

Secondly, while I saw a container of Siracha in the restaurant there wasn’t any on my table and I would’ve loved it if spicy options were available.
I also ordered the side dish of Chow Mein and I have to tell you, it was the best chow mein I ever had. The portion was huge. It was definitely made fresh and was so flavorful.
Besides the meat to vegetables ratio this was a...
