Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Lynden

It's football playoffs. I get it. It's going to be busy. That's why we tried calling in our order. In fact, we tried calling for over an hour. The phone rang and rang. No answer.

We drive in to town and walk into the store. There are 4 guys in there, two of whom are making pizzas. A guy comes up to the counter to take our order and tells me it will be a 45 minute wait. He asks if that's ok.

I say, "Absolutely not. That's why we've been calling for over an hour. Why don't you guys answer the phone?"

He replies, "We're busy", as he points to the 5 slips on the counter.

I tell him that's not acceptable and that we're going somewhere else to eat.

If this guy can stand at the counter and take my order, he can answer the phone and take my order. The manager was one of the guys making pizzas and offered no apology for not answering the phone.

This branch is literally losing sales revenue by not answering the phone. Not just because we walked. Also because, if someone orders a pizza over the phone, they come in and pick it up. If you don't answer the phone and make people wait, they're going to choose to go somewhere else.

Since the Manager doesn't seem to care, the owner should probably make...

Ordered through the app and went in to pick it up. They did not put all of my order together, so I did not receive some of the food I paid for. Try calling the store to see if they had the rest of my order, so at least all it would cost me is the time and gas to go back for it. In 30 minutes of calling, they never picked up the phone, and the voice-mail box is full. There is no way of contacting anyone through the app. Guess I get to give my money away...

I usually order pizza here with no trouble. Today was different. They had a NY extra large pizza advertised for $9. My husband is allergic to cheese so I asked to get half of the pizza without it. They refused to make it saying no modifications are allowed. They would be saving money by having to put cheese on only half. I said forget it then and walked out. I probably won't go...
