I went here a couple of months ago with my Fiancée and really enjoyed it. I live down the block, so when I went home today, I passed it and wanted to get it again. There was a sign saying to come back in an hour. I said screw it, sat down in front of the store in one of their pink chairs, and watched some videos I've been meaning to watch for a while while I waited. I sat down and started waiting around 5:15. I left at 6:35 after no one showed up for an hour and 20 minutes.

The food and drinks are great, but if you see this sign on the door, don't bother waiting and just come back later that day or...

I ordered at 3:09 PM and was told I’d be called in 10 minutes about whether the watermelon was ripe. I never got a call. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready, and I didn’t receive it until 3:36 PM — a 27-minute wait while the place wasn’t even busy.

On top of that, the Sandía VIP was watery, lacked actual watermelon, and wasn’t worth posting or recommending.

The Broadway Ave (Passaic) location does a much better job. Very disappointed with this...
