CVS — Local services in Lyndhurst

There's a white woman pharmacy tech with long straight hair who looks to be in her late 30s, early 40s at the pharmacy who's always mean and rude to me. She always asks for the name but I prefer to check out online via the app. So I'd tell her I have a barcode and she acts so annoyed and immediately has an attitude like I'm such an inconvenience because I don't want to do things her way. Yesterday, they had a sign at the drive thru that said they'd be back up in 20 min. She opened the window and said they just got back up and running. I asked if I could stay there and wait. She looked at me funny like I was being so weird asking her that and said "if you want" and they were just told it'd be an hour. Why did the sign say 20 min then? I don't know what she has against me. She's always so rude to me! She makes me so upset after every interaction with her. She seems to be nice to other people though the one time that I had to go inside. The girl I had today wasn't very nice either. Maybe it's the culture of this CVS pharmacy. They don't have much customer service skills. I dread going here to pick up my prescriptions. I need to transfer my prescriptions some place else. It's not worth my...

This cvs pharmacy is very shock …… since I use the place. Pharmacy technician is very rude and unprofessional and very lazy don’t want to help anyone. Even you ask for help for your prescription that you already refill by phone and the phone said you can pick up the next day at 11am but when you go for pick up they said I don’t see anything in the machine for refill. So, that the machine is not good for refill . If so, why would the machine tell me get ready for pick up tomorrow at 11am. That is wast of my time because I took my day off from work to pick up that prescription. And end up with nothing can get. That is really terrible that I never since. If I can give a star I would give a 0 star for technician work there all of them never find a good experience. I always, give them a chance to refill my prescription for my whole family for long time. I try my best to give them a lot of chances but never change. Stopped in this morning at 6:30 to get some snacks and drinks. Went up to the counter and the girl working told me to use the self check out. She literally just finished with two other customers at the register. I asked why she didn't ring up my items there. She said she didn't want to do it anymore. After asking again she started yelling for me to use the self check out. So i simply told her that I would be calling to complain and leaving a review of my experience. I have never had a problem in this store. This is my home CVS for prescriptions and have been going there for years. I will probably be taking my business to Walgreens in the near future.
