I visited after hearing great reviews! The bakery is beautiful inside and the presentation of baked goods make you want to buy many things. It's a lovely and warm atmosphere for the most part. I had a garlic/cheese croissant, berry cloud cake, and an iced tea. The cake was delicious, the croissant was good, would probably be better warm. However, the issue was with the iced tea. I ordered an English breakfast iced tea, which I expected to be a normal black iced tea. I was handed a tea that had the color of apple juice. It was literally hot tea that had probably been brewed for 10 seconds and poured over ice. When I expressed disatisfaction with the color of the tea, I was told that's just how it is and because the ice melted, that's why it was so pale in color. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I tasted it, and it tasted like water. When I mentioned that to the person who made it, he basically said that's how it's made and supposed to be. The customer service was terrible and what brings down the rating for this business even more so than the quality of the tea. There was no offer to remake it, or get a different drink. I would never recommend anyone to order their iced tea if they continue like this because basically you're paying for hot water poured on ice ..a...

I really didn’t want to leave a low review but I have tried to visit this bakery about SIX different times in the time since they have opened. All within their business hours. I’ve come in the evening, morning and afternoon and most of the times everything was already sold out. I’m really disappointed because the one or two pastries I have been able to try over time are great but the fact they are unable to keep up with having stock just makes it not even worth a visit. I agree with the other reviews on here, they really should change their store times if they are unable to actually take or serve me. The staff is nice but I feel as if they are too overwhelmed to properly run the store. I would understand completely if this was a small, local bakery but its chain with multiple locations across the country so I don’t quite understand how they weren’t ‘prepared’ better or have made any changes to handle the volume and stock they need. Just disappointing, I hope they will adjust and make a turn around soon but until then not...

Been hearing good things about this place so I decided to come check it out this morning. According to Google, they open at 8am and I arrived at 9am. Most of the shelves were pretty empty. From the baked goods to the cooler of sliced cake. I ordered a mushroom onion and cheese croissant, mocha cake and a matcha lavender lemonade. The croissant was really good. Mocha cake was not too sweet and had a hint of strawberry on it which paired perfectly. The drink was definately DIFFERENT. It was bubbly. When you drink it fresh, it was just ok. But definately tasted a lot better after it started melting by the time I got home. Parking is decent and inside is roomy. Just wish there were more things on the shelves. Also, the employees inside are not welcoming. They all looked like robots and they hated their jobs. "Hi, I can help you over here" would be better than just staring at me since I've never been there before. Just...
